AI Engineer (Preferred Years of Experience: 8 years)
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent applications across the full technology stack. This role combines strong backend and frontend engineering expertise with applied AI/ML implementation in enterprise cloud environments.
You will work closely with product managers, architects, data scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver production-grade AI-powered solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring experience across application development, AI model integration, cloud architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
AI / Machine Learning
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Integrate ML models (e.g., forecasting, classification, NLP, computer vision) into production-grade applications.
- Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities securely and efficiently.
- Optimize model performance, latency, scalability, and monitoring in production.
- Implement model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Build microservices-based architectures.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API access.
- Develop data pipelines and integrate with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and observability.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Build interactive dashboards and AI-driven user experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend AI services.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy applications and models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for application and model deployment.
- Apply infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, etc.).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Ensure security compliance and enterprise-grade governance.
Architecture & Collaboration
- Participate in solution architecture and design discussions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, data, UX).
- Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of full stack software engineering experience.
- Hands-on AI/ML implementation in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in: Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, or Vue), REST API development
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent).
- Experience deploying AI workloads in cloud environments (Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise security standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps and model monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search (if applicable to organization).
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

About the role
Join our client as a Senior Consultant specializing in Infor GHR modules, focusing on Process Automation and Configuration Console. Lead technical support, enhancements, and integrations within complex enterprise HCM environments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support Infor GHR operations, including incident management, bug fixes, and production support.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite and external or legacy systems using Infor ION and APIs.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and business rules with Infor Process Automation tools.
- Configure and support runtime environments via Infor Configuration Console and assist with tenant management and patching.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting system issues and supporting upgrades.
Required skills and experience
- 7+ years of experience working with Infor GHR, IPA, and Configuration Console in enterprise HCM systems.
- Strong integration skills with Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, and expertise in data mapping and Business Object Documents.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, and interface design.

The role primarily focuses on the administration and operational support of security platforms, with a heavy emphasis on Netskope.
You will:
- Administer and optimize security platforms including Netskope (CASB/SSE), CyberArk EPM, Mimecast, and others
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events generated by these platforms, ensuring timely triage and resolution
- Develop, tune, and maintain security policies (DLP, web controls, email security, endpoint privilege management) to reduce risk and false positives
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for security incidents and platform issues across endpoint, cloud, and email security domains
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to implement security controls and drive remediation of identified risks
- Integrate security tools with ServiceNow for incident management, request workflows, and automated response actions
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting for security posture, tool effectiveness, and KPIs
- Support onboarding of new applications, users, and use cases into Netskope, Mimecast, and CyberArk EPM
- Contribute to security architecture decisions and continuous improvement of tooling and processes
- Develop and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in Cybersecurity or related field
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope (CASB/SSE), CyberArk EPM, and Mimecast administration and operations
- Experience integrating and operating workflows within ServiceNow (incident, change, and request management)
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, DLP, email security, and cloud security concepts
- Experience tuning security tools to reduce false positives and improve detection fidelity
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including privilege management and least privilege principles
- Ability to analyze security events and translate findings into actionable remediation steps

Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce Software (WFS/ADP Workforce Suite), leading implementation and support engagements across the Workforce Time & Attendance (WT&A) platform. Provides end-to-end expertise in configuration, integration development, troubleshooting, and production support. Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, drive successful project delivery, and resolve complex issues across the WT&A ecosystem through a combination of technical expertise and client-focused consulting.
Work you'll do :
- Serve as SME for WorkForce Software (WFS/ADP Workforce Suite), advising clients on best-practice configuration and design decisions
- Configure and troubleshoot complex business rules: Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling, and Roles
- Design, build, and debug JavaScript integration scripts across distributed libraries (Time Entry Import, HR Import, Exports, Payroll interfaces)
- Translate client business requirements into scalable WT&A configurations
- Write and maintain Oracle SQL queries for data management, validation, and remediation
- Configure and support SSO/SAML integrations (e.g., Azure Entra ID)
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, job log errors, mapping failures, API misuse, integration breaks
- Lead or support client workstreams across the delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (client IT, other WFS consultants, offshore/onshore delivery teams) to drive workstream progress
- Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, status decks, design documents, functional specs
- Mentor junior consultants on WFS configuration and scripting standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical issues/solutions in business terms
Qualifications :
Required Skills, Experience & Certifications :
- Workforce Software (WFS) Configuration/Integration Specialist certification or higher is preferred.
- 7 to 12 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, and Workforce Software Formula Language.
- PT102, PT103, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience working with Workforce Software products, including: Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Analytics.
- Proven experience configuring complex business rules, including Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling, and Roles.
- Experience developing scheduled scripts, LD imports, generic and incremental exports, and supporting End-of-Period Processing (EOPP).
- Exposure to consulting engagements, Workforce Analytics, and interfaces/integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
