About the role
We’re looking for a product designer with exceptional taste and strong product judgment to shape Alpha’s user experience.
This is a design-first role. Your primary responsibility is producing clear, thoughtful, implementation-ready designs. Frontend engineering ability is useful, but not required—our engineers and AI development tools can handle implementation when the design direction is strong.
What you’ll do
- Design polished end-to-end experiences for an AI-native B2B product
- Turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Evolve our visual language, component system, and interaction patterns
- Think through empty, loading, error, responsive, and edge-case states
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering from concept through release
- Review implemented work and maintain a consistently high design bar
What we’re looking for
- A strong portfolio showing excellent visual and interaction design
- Exceptional taste in typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and motion
- Experience designing sophisticated web or SaaS products
- Strong product thinking and an instinct for reducing complexity
- Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the broader user journey

We’re looking for a product-minded frontend engineer who can turn complex workflows into polished, intuitive experiences. This is an engineering-first role: strong design judgment is a valuable differentiator, but formal design experience is not required.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship production features across data-rich workflows, including contacts, inbox, knowledge, onboarding, settings, and AI-powered creative tools
- Turn product requirements and designs into responsive, accessible, high-quality interfaces
- Work across the full frontend lifecycle—from shaping interactions and component APIs to implementation, testing, and refinement
- Create reusable components and evolve our shared design system
- Make thoughtful decisions about hierarchy, spacing, states, motion, and interaction details
- Build performant tables, forms, side panels, editors, drag-and-drop experiences, and other complex product surfaces
- Manage server state, mutations, caching, loading states, errors, and optimistic interactions cleanly
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers
- Improve frontend architecture, developer experience, accessibility, and performance
- Review frontend work and help maintain a consistent quality bar across the product

What we’re looking for
- Strong experience building and shipping production React applications
- Excellent TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
- A solid understanding of component architecture, state management, data fetching, and frontend performance
- Experience building reusable components without over-engineering them
- Care for responsive behaviour, accessibility, edge cases, and interaction states
- The ability to work effectively in a component-driven design system
- Good product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows
- Comfort working independently, making sensible trade-offs, and taking features from idea to production
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to product development
Bonus points
- Strong visual design instincts or experience working in Figma
- Experience owning both the design and implementation of product features
- A portfolio demonstrating polished, interaction-heavy product work
- Experience building design systems or shared component libraries
- Experience with data-dense B2B or SaaS applications

🔧 What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the development of our AI GTM platform and underlying AI agents to power seamless multi-channel GTMs.
This is a hybrid UX-engineering role: you’ll translate high-level user journeys into interfaces that feel clear, powerful, and trustworthy.
Your responsibilities:
- Design & implement end-to-end features across React-TS/Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, and NestJs micro-services for LLM agents.
- Build & document scalable GraphQL / REST APIs that expose our data model (Company, Person, Campaign, Sequence, Asset, ActivityRecord, InferenceSnippet).
- Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, email, ads, CMS) and maintain data sync reliability > 98 %.
- Implement the dynamic agent flow builder with configurable steps, HITL checkpoints, and audit trails.
- Instrument product analytics, error tracking, and CI pipelines for fast feedback and safe releases.
- Work directly with the founder on product scoping, technical roadmap, and hiring pipeline.

- 1–3 years experience building polished web apps (React, Vue, or similar)
- Strong eye for design fidelity, UX decisions, and motion
- Experience integrating frontend with backend APIs and managing state
- Experience with visual builders, workflow editors, or schema UIs is a big plus
- You love taking complex systems and making them feel simple
