Senior Associate – Ireland Bookkeeping / Year-End Process
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our finance team, specializing in Ireland Bookkeeping or Year-End processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UK or Ireland accounting standards and will be responsible for managing client books, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for Ireland-based clients.
· Prepare and finalize year-end accounts in accordance with Irish GAAP or FRS 102.
· Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.
· Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ireland accounting standards and tax regulations.
Required Qualifications (Any one of the following):
1. Graduate / CA Inter / IPCC with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in UK or Ireland accounting/bookkeeping.
Preferred Skills:
· Proficiency in accounting software such as Bright books, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
· Strong understanding of Irish and UK tax laws and compliance.
· Excellent communication and client management skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented writer who can create engaging, accurate, and easy-to-understand content in the fintech and accounting niche. The ideal candidate should be able to turn complex financial topics into clear, user-friendly content for global audiences.
Manage bookkeeping activities including bank reconciliation and journal entries.
Prepare and lodge BAS (Business Activity Statements).
Handle payroll processing in compliance with Australian regulations.
Perform year-end accounts finalization.
Prepare and assist in tax return filings (Individual/Corporate).
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian standards.
Work closely with internal teams and clients for smooth execution of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, BAS, payroll, and tax returns.
Hands-on experience in Xero and MYOB.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
