Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and assist in financial audits.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior design project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
