We are actively expanding our presence across schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations, and are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to help drive our growth.
+ Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and results-driven individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating business opportunities.
This is not a desk-only marketing role. The ideal candidate will actively engage with educational institutions, attend industry events, network with decision-makers, generate leads, and help convert prospects into long-term clients.
If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and want hands-on experience in business development and startup growth, this role offers significant learning and earning potential.
+ Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the education sector.
- Network with school administrators, college management, educators, and decision-makers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through both online and offline channels.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions to introduce AcadSync's products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Attend education conferences, networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and industry meetups.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, meetings, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations that can help expand AcadSync's reach.
- Continuously identify creative ways to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
+ Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet institutions in person.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in startups, education, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Prior experience in sales, campus ambassador programs, marketing, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
+ Compensation:
- ₹25,000 per month fixed stipend.
- Attractive performance-based incentives for every client successfully onboarded.

+ What Success Looks Like:
The primary objective of this role is to help AcadSync expand its presence in the education sector by generating qualified leads, building relationships, and converting institutions into long-term clients.
