Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager/Enterprise Solution Consultant/Enterprise Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4-5 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive new business growth for our ERP, HRMS, and SFA software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and market development through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proven experience in selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions.
· Strong expertise in enterprise account acquisition and relationship management.
· Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
· Conduct consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
· Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value enterprise deals.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
· Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design customer-centric solutions.
· Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer retention.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools.
· Self-driven, business-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA (Marketing/Sales) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience working with enterprise and corporate clients.
· Strong network within the enterprise/B2B ecosystem.
