Better Than Agency is a creative agency focused on branding, visual identity systems, and performance-driven digital content. We work with modern brands to build strong visual storytelling across digital platforms.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern who wants hands-on exposure to branding, creative production and client communication.
Internship Details
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (in-hand)
- Duration: 3 months
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Location: Remote (India)
- Start Date: Immediate
Job Description
The selected intern will work closely with the Creative Lead on branding, visual identity, digital creatives, and video content. This role involves real client assignments and execution-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity
- Assist in logo exploration and brand concept development
- Create moodboards, typography systems, and colour palettes
- Support in developing brand guidelines and presentation decks
- Design brand mockups and visual identity applications
Digital & Social Design
- Create social media posts, carousels, and ad creatives
- Maintain visual consistency across brand communication
- Prepare assets in required formats and aspect ratios
Video Editing
- Edit short-form content (Reels, ads, promotional videos)
- Add basic transitions, text overlays, and music syncing
- Export optimised files for digital platforms
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition
- Basic understanding of branding principles
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Good communication and time management skills
Candidate Requirements
- Must have a portfolio showcasing branding, design, and video work
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Availability to work Monday–Saturday
- Strong willingness to learn and improve craft
