About the Role: We're looking for a creative and performance-focused Meta Ads Expert to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. You'll drive lead generation and sales while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Build campaign strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness
- Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, and run retargeting campaigns
- Monitor performance and optimize creatives, budgets, bidding strategies, and placements
- Track campaigns using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Events Manager
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring goals and deadlines are consistently met
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Stay updated on Meta advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Event Coordination & Banquet Support

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (or equivalent).
