Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours : Day Shift (8 to 10 Hours) / Saturday Weekly Off

Job Responsibilities : 

* Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of materials and finished products.

* Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

* Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

* Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.

* Identify quality issues and coordinate with production for corrective actions.

* Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

* Support internal and external quality audits.

* Monitor adherence to quality procedures and ISO standards.

* Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure quality compliance.

* Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Required Skills : 

* Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

* Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

* Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.
