We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Executive who can build our brand, strengthen our digital presence, generate quality leads, and establish our founders as thought leaders in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Building & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase Funding Sathi's brand visibility.
• Build a strong online presence across all digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support business growth.

Founder Branding & PR

• Manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of the founders and leadership team.
• Create high-quality thought leadership content.
• Build the founders' personal brands through strategic storytelling.
• Identify podcast, webinar, media, and PR opportunities.
• Prepare speeches, articles, opinion pieces, and interview content.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across:

• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• X (Twitter)
• Facebook
• YouTube

Responsibilities include:

• Content planning
• Content scheduling
• Community engagement
• Audience growth
• Social media analytics
• Performance reporting

AI-Powered Content Creation

Use AI tools to create engaging and high-quality content including:

• LinkedIn posts
• Blogs
• Articles
• Case studies
• Customer success stories
• Product explainers
• Newsletters
• Email campaigns
• Infographics
• Sales presentations
• Marketing collateral
• Short-form video scripts

Create and coordinate:

• Company profiles
• Infographics

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

Track and report:

• Lead generation performance
• Website traffic
• Social media growth

Prepare:

• Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
• Weekly Marketing Reports
• Monthly Growth Dashboard

Required Skills

Must Have

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B Marketing.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Canva and basic video editing skills.
• SEO fundamentals.
• Google Analytics knowledge.
• Campaign management skills.
• Creative thinking with strong execution ability.

Preferred

• Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or SaaS.
