Sales Executive
– GetWetFit & Co.
Location :Delhi NCR
Department: Business Development
Reports to : Head of Business Development
Experience Required :
● Minimum 2-3 years in sales , preferably in hospitality, wellness, luxury, or events
● Good communication skills (calls + messages)
● Comfortable with sales and customer handling
● Organized and quick in execution
● Basic understanding of social media and CRM tools
Role Objective
To drive daily sales and bookings , manage customer interactions, and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to session completion.
Reporting To
● Head of Sales / Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Sales & Conversions
● Respond to: ○ Instagram DMs ○ WhatsApp / calls
● Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for sessions and events
2. Booking Management
● Manage and update the booking platform/dashboard
● Ensure: ○ All bookings are correctly recorded ○ Payments are tracked properly
3. Session Coordination
● Create daily session sheets with: ○ Participant details ○ Session info ● Share with the operations team on time
4. Package Sales
● Promote and sell: ○ Session packages ○ Memberships
● Encourage repeat bookings
5. Upselling
● Upsell: ○ Upcoming sessions ○ Events ○ Packages
● Engage with participants immediately after sessions to drive repeat sales
6. Customer Experience & Grievance Handling
● Handle: ○ Customer queries ○ Complaints or issues
● Ensure quick and professional resolution
