Job Description:
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive growth through inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively present GREATIFY solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and closing deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Strong communication, persuasion skills, and a target-driven mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted market research within the education sector to identify potential customers.
- Engage prospects via calls, email, and online platforms to introduce GREATIFY’s EdTech solutions
- Understand customer needs and confidently present product features and benefits
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Meet or exceed demo targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers and building rapport
- Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Languages preferred: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is a plus
