ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join Tagbin Services Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a Full-Time, On-Site position with a joining timeline of within 15 days. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end performance marketing strategies. You will be responsible for handling market research, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website management, content creation, campaign execution, and SEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
3. Optimize website content and structure for improved SEO performance.
4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
5. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
2. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategies.

4. Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA based on role fit, experience, skills, interview performance, and current compensation structure.
