Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate (SharePoint + Copilot Developer) with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 to design and deliver intelligent, scalable digital workplace solutions. The role involves building modern SharePoint experiences, integrating Copilot and AI capabilities, and enabling automation across the M365 ecosystem. The candidate will drive best practices in SharePoint development, ensure governance and security, and collaborate closely with business, UX, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Experience

Responsibilities

·       Design and develop modern solutions on SharePoint Online using SPFx

·       Build and customize SharePoint sites, web parts, and extensions

·       Integrate Copilot and AI capabilities within SharePoint and Microsoft 365

·       Develop workflows and business automation using Power Apps and Power Automate

·       Manage enterprise content, document libraries, metadata, and taxonomy

·       Integrate SharePoint with external systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph

·       Ensure governance, security, and compliance across SharePoint environments

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

·       Support deployment, testing, and production issue resolution

·       Drive best practices, reusable components, and scalable architecture

Skills & Qualifications

·       5–9 years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 development

·       Strong expertise in SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)

·       Hands-on experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework)

·       Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

·       Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and M365 integrations

·       Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

·       Experience with REST APIs, SharePoint APIs, and Microsoft Graph

·       Understanding of content management, search, and taxonomy solutions

·       Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices

·       Strong problem-solving, debugging, and solution design skills

Good to Have

·       Exposure to Generative AI use cases within Microsoft 365

·       Experience with PnP framework and reusable accelerators

·       Knowledge of Azure Functions and Logic Apps

·       Basic understanding of .NET or backend integrations

·       Experience in building enterprise intranet or portal solutions

Job Title: AI/ML Architect Experience: 10+ years Industry: Media Preferred

Role Summary:

The AI/ML Architect shapes the AI strategy and leads enterprise-level architecture for multimodal AI in the media organization. This includes building capabilities across media understanding, LLM workflows, multimodal RAG, real-time metadata enrichment, content intelligence, personalization, and scalable AI platform infrastructure.

Detailed Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

·       Define long-term AI architecture roadmap across:

o  NLP, CV, ASR, video AI

o  Multimodal LLMs

o  Recommendation systems

o  Content moderation & compliance

o  RAG & knowledge systems

o  Agentic automation

·       Architect scalable ingestion pipelines for high-volume media (10K+ hours of video).

·       Define standards for model lifecycle, governance, auditability, and lineage.

Platform & Infrastructure

·       Architect GPU clusters, distributed compute, and cloud AI platforms.

·       Oversee integrations of:

o  Media Asset Management (MAM)

o  Content Management Systems (CMS)

o  Data lake/lakehouse

o  Vector databases

o  Observability platforms

Governance & Compliance

·       Ensure compliance with:

o  Content safety guidelines

o  Copyright/IP protection

o  Data privacy laws

o  Responsible AI standards (NIST AI RMF)

Innovation & Leadership

·       Evaluate emerging multimodal and generative AI technologies.

·       Drive adoption of LLMOps practices and agentic AI frameworks.

·       Present architecture strategies to C-level stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

·       Deep expertise in multimodal AI (text–image–audio–video).

·       Mastery of LLMs and their ecosystem (fine-tuning, adapters, vector search).

·       Expert-level cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).

·       Strong experience in enterprise-scale MLOps + LLMOps.

·       Deep exposure to media processing at scale.

Preferred Skills

·       Knowledge of video generation, audio synthesis, and generative media workflows.

·       Experience in building AI COEs or platform teams.

Qualifications

·       10+ years in AI/ML with at least 3+ years architecting enterprise systems.

·       Master’s/Ph.D. (preferred).
