We are Hiring : Reddit Associate
What You'll Do
Manage and grow Reddit accounts across multiple client campaigns.
Research relevant subreddits and identify high-intent conversations.
Write authentic, helpful, non-promotional comments and posts.
Monitor account health, engagement, and campaign performance.
Maintain posting schedules while following Reddit and subreddit guidelines.
Track performance and share insights with the content and growth team.
Stay updated on subreddit trends, community behavior, and platform changes.
Collaborate with the team to support broader content, SEO/AEO/GEO strategies.
What We're Looking For
0–1 year experience in community management, social media, or growth marketing.
Strong familiarity with Reddit and understanding of authentic community engagement.
Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for different communities.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with operational work and maintaining tracking sheets.
Interest in DevTools, SaaS, or technology is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
Basic knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Ahrefs or Supermetrics.
