We are looking for a Founding Product Designer who understands how people actually use products.
Someone who can take a rough idea from the founder and turn it into a simple, intuitive and beautiful product that people naturally understand.

What You'll Do
- Design our iOS, Android and Web products
- Turn rough ideas into clear user flows and experiences
- Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Think about what the user will do next
- Make complicated things simple
- Design experiences that feel natural and effortless
- Create designs that developers can actually build
- Work closely with frontend and backend engineers
- Build reusable components and design systems
- Think through errors, loading, empty states and edge cases
- Rapidly create and test different design ideas
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and user behaviour
How We Think About Design
We don't want someone who only makes screens look good.
We want someone who asks:
- What is the user trying to do?
- What will they expect to happen?
- Where could they get confused?
- What will they click first?
- What information do they actually need?
- Can we remove a step?
- Can this be made simpler?
You should understand people first and interfaces second.
Founder → Product
You may receive nothing more than a conversation or a rough idea.
Your job is to turn it into:
Idea → User Behaviour → UX → UI → Prototype → Build
You should be comfortable creating structure when the problem isn't clearly defined yet.
Speed Matters

- Design from scratch
- Turn ideas into prototypes quickly
- Explore multiple solutions
- Use modern and AI-assisted design tools
- Iterate without overthinking the process
- Move from idea → working design quickly
Design for Real Users
Always think about:
- What if the user makes a mistake?
- What if there is no data?
- What if something is loading?
- What if they don't understand something?
- What happens after they tap?
- What happens if they change their mind?
- How many steps does this really need?
Great UX is often about removing things.
Work With Engineering
Our mobile apps will be built using:
- Swift — iOS
- Kotlin — Android
- Web application
You don't need to be a developer.
But you should understand enough about how products are built to create designs that are practical, scalable and buildable.
