About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive user-centered design for our digital products, ensuring seamless and delightful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that solve complex problems.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
* Ensure design consistency across platforms and devices.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
* Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Experience with usability testing and A/B testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

NodeJS (Node.js)We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our in-office engineering team in Hyderabad. You will build and maintain scalable, secure, multilingual web and mobile-facing products end to end — from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end (React.js) and back-end (Node.js/Express.js) components.
- Build and integrate secure REST APIs and manage databases (MongoDB / SQL).
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ship features on schedule.
- Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
- Solid experience with databases (MongoDB and/or SQL) and version control (Git).
- Good understanding of responsive design, security best practices, and cloud deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative team.
