Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and supporting presales activities for IT services and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social platforms
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with clients across SMBs and enterprises
Client Engagement
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Conduct product/service presentations and demos
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution alignment
Presales Activities
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial quotations
• Assist in solution design discussions with internal teams
• Follow up on proposals and close deals
Account Management
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Key Skills Required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
◦ IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking)
◦ Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
◦ Cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, EDR/XDR, SOC, etc.)
• Understanding of IT services such as:
◦ Cloud migration & hosting
◦ Data center solutions
◦ Backup & disaster recovery
◦ Managed IT services
• Ability to handle presales documentation (proposals, presentations, costing)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / BCA / BBA / MBA (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in IT sales can also apply
