Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and creative professionals.
- Develop creative concepts, visual identities, and branding solutions.
- Drive compelling visual storytelling across digital and print media.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand objectives and maintains the highest design standards.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual storytelling, and campaign work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do:
- Lead our business development team and steer us toward growth.
- Build business channels - one or many - Online Bidding, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Referral Marketing and Personal network & connections.
- Hunt down high-quality leads, guide the sales process, and seal the deal like a pro.
- Become the ultimate client champion—nurturing relationships and turning one-time clients into repeats.
- Collaborate with our developers, creatives and marketeers to craft bespoke solutions for clients.
- Stay ahead of the curve with market insights, competitor moves, and fresh growth ideas.
