About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented SaaS Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition and revenue growth for our HRMS & Workforce Automation platform.


In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, build relationships with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Leaders, conduct product demonstrations, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and close annual SaaS subscription deals.


The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of B2B sales experience, strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving business growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting and client acquisition
  • Engage with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Leaders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present value-driven solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Close annual SaaS subscription deals
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline


Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Corporate Sales
