Tech Mahindra – PLM – Teamcenter /Developer – India

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field of study.

Responsibilities:

• Participate with Solution architects in advising and proposing Teamcenter PLM solutions, which guide and align with customer's vision.
• Leverage implementation best practices and templates for Siemens PLM Teamcenter implementation
• Lead development activities, including analysis, design, solution validation and any required prototyping, with the customer to verify if the best in class template solution applies to their environment to deliver value to their business.
• Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality
• Communicate implementation processes, and progress to support customer expectations and adoption.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• 5 – 10 years experience in PLM - Siemens Teamcenter UA, with strong ITK Customization, Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge, coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills.
• Strong AWC ( active work space) customizations
• Change Processes, Workflows, Integration with CAD/ERP/Enterprise Application.
• Experience in development of assets - PoCs, POV’s and Solutions
• Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of delivery framework and methodologies for an IT Services organization. Experience in leading & mentoring team members throughout the phases of PLM implementation projects including definition, installation, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) best practices.
• Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.

•           Interacted with Customers on their requirements and Business clarifications/Tickets.

•           Experience in scripts in TCL for Bulk Data creations/changes/various Report generations and Cron Job setups.

•           Data Load of various divisions with file upload done to existing objects in eFCS Server.

•           Worked on eFCS Server migration.

•           Worked on NUP creation of new RDO.

•           Worked on ECO ERP integration issues.

•           User Deactivation Script for inactivating Users who leave the company

•           To generate TCL reports for various kinds of user request.

•           Worked on Document Search integration testing and related issues.

•           Expertise in using the Autodesk Inventor Professional 2024 and Autodesk Vault Professional 2024 integration tool with Enovia and worked on upgrade of PVC testing 2021 – 2024.

•           Worked on the servers to start/stop JVM ‘s, find the process Id and then kill the process using the process id and start the server, collection of logs.

•           Worked on users machine to update the compatibility browser setting that helps resolve the file upload/download issue.
