About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who has strong foundational design skills and is eager to work in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple brands and industries.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to transform ideas, business objectives, and marketing requirements into compelling visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to understand client objectives, project requirements, and brand guidelines.

• Develop creative design concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms.

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Interpret client requirements and translate them into creative design concepts.

• Develop design briefs by gathering relevant information, insights, and reference material.

• Present design ideas and final concepts internally or to account managers when required.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, printers, illustrators, developers, and marketing specialists.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve design output.

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color, and layout

• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Figma,Procreate (optional but preferred)

Major Responsibilities -

• Identify potential clients and opportunities across industries.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach and follow-ups.
• Pitch Quawd’s services to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the strategy and creative team to develop proposals.
• Track sales performance and market insights to refine the business approach.
• Attend networking events and conferences to grow brand visibility.

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with digital/creative services is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
