Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive (AE) to own the sales cycle end-to-end and drive revenue growth. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on converting qualified opportunities into closed business. You will work closely with SDRs and marketing teams to engage prospects, conduct consultative sales conversations, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure.
- Drive revenue by converting high-quality opportunities generated by SDRs and marketing.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Understand customer challenges and position RapL as a business solution.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Handle objections, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting in CRM.
- Collaborate with SDRs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work closely with marketing teams to provide feedback on messaging and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying closing role.
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to conduct structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
