ServiceNow Analyst (L2/L3)

• Must have: Basic ServiceNow configuration/management experience, ITSM ticketing (incident/ticket resolution)
• Must have: Experience with at least one — CSM (Customer Service Management) or HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• Good to have: Full-scale IT Service Desk experience across multiple departments (HR, Sales, Finance)

JD:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of software modules owned by a team. You will guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their code and designs to ensure that they are writing well designed and high quality code. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will need to collaborate across teams. 

Key Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of experience
• Extensive experience on C/C++/Python
• Experience on OS - Unix/Linux and Windows
• Hands on experience in Networking and Multi-threading

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Cloud Technologies, system programming is a plus

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - FRONTEND

● Overall, 2-4 years of experience.

● Solid foundations of Javascript, Responsive web, CSS, Semantic HTML and how the

internet works.

● Strong proficiency with React and its core principles. React Native is a plus.

● Solid understanding of Chrome dev tools, APIs and frontend performance.

● Working knowledge of GitHub and popular cloud platforms like AWS, Fly, Cloudflare,

etc.

● Understanding of software design patterns, high-level design and architecture.

● Ability to independently do LLD and technology exploration around a given problem

statement.

• • 3+ years of web development experience using LAMP stack or Node.js or similar web technologies 
• • Well-versed with front-end code in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React.js with familiarity in various frameworks and template languages
