You are responsible for: * Developing algorithms to challenge the state-of-the-art in deep learning for NLP * Generating and implement new ideas for applied AI in travel * Creating AI solutions for automated dialogue (chat bots); natural texting for booking flights, hotels etc. * Build highly performant, real time, end to end, responsive request/recommendation engines powered by natural language processing and other machine learning techniques * Build and evolve/train NLP platform from natural language text data being gathered from users on daily basis * Code using primarily Python, No-SQL, and Google Cloud (AppEngine) stack. Requirements * B.E. from IIT or NIT or Tier-1 Institutes ONLY or MS from reputed institutions or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistics or closely related field * 2+ years of Natural Language Processing experience * Ability to productize research efforts into end to end running application. * Ability to work with other platform engineers; learn, build, deploy, run, debug code. * Expertise in Applied Machine Learning, Neural Networks & Deep Learning for NLP tasks * Software programming in Java or Python and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases * Strong understanding of other AI tools and applications like TensorFlow, Spacy, Google Cloud ML is a BIG plus. * Fundamentally very strong in software engineering principles * Track record of scientific publications and presentation at scientific conferences is a PLUS You can look forward to a lot of impacts and a lot of freedom. We are at Mezi building an AI-enabled chat-bot to bring online travel booking experience better. We are acquired by American Express in the month of January. As we are changing many major changes in our platform to scale and match Amex user's volume (in millions), our platform is going through some bigger changes. We are looking for IITian or NITian or exceptionally talented engineers with great experience of building high volume platform preferably in Python. Someone, who understand what is performance, what is scale and what is "platform"? You must have an end to end product development experience preferably in startup(s) OR at least product development companies.
