FigmaRole : Product Motion Designer
Exp: 3 -8 Years
CTC: up to 25 LPA
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation & micro-interactions towards designing for consumer-focused products.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, Protopie, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive motion design projects.
- Decent knowledge of how Lottie animations work.
- A keen sense of design with a focus on the consumer's perspective.
- Strong communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
Crafting Stunning Interactions/Animations:
- Design animations and micro-interactions for products to enhance usability, engagement & user delight.
- Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. Further integrate the motion design seamlessly into the overall user experience.
- Proactively initiate efforts to enhance various facets of the product experience. Innovation & Ownership
- Conceptualize original ideas that simplify & enhance user delight, especially in the face of complex design challenges.
- Take ownership and be at the forefront of the motion design across features in the consumer app. Prototyping
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the motion design concepts and user interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Java
Spring Boot- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 2-7 Years of Experience
- Expertise in software design and development
- Proficiency with at least one Object Oriented language (e.g. Java)
- Have knowledge about Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
- A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
- Experience with building high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems
- Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story
- Ability to think and analyse both breadthwise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services
