Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead technical solution design:

• Very good knowledge to use AI Coding Agents like Claude Code or Codex or Github Copilot for developing custom frameworks
• Very good knowledge to add workflows in the tools like Github or Static code analysis etc to automate the review processes
• Well-verse with Cloud services knowledge either Azure or AWS. Azure is desired
• Retail industry knowledge is desired skills
• Working with a team size of 20 is desired
• Working in any Legacy transformation to modern enterprise system
• Togaf certification
• Use of ADO and Azure Repo, Azure DevOps pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12 – 15 years of experience in technical architecture and design in IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience with a wide range of technologies and platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & Python Development

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions and intelligent features using Python.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses.
• Develop AI applications using modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI Agents/Autonomous Workflows.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, including OpenAI and similar platforms, into enterprise-grade applications.
• Design, implement, and manage vector databases to enable semantic search and AI-driven information retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
