Source is geared up to grow 3x from its already leading position (read 3000cr+ in Annual Revenues), and is looking to onboard high-growth mindset individuals to join its journey.
The Hook
We have built the supply backbone and digital infrastructure. Now we need a Senior Manager – Business Development to accelerate enterprise adoption and revenue growth in Pune and surrounding markets. Your mission is to make us the preferred procurement partner for enterprise and SME manufacturers.
Your Three Main Objectives Revenue Leadership:
- Drive aggressive B2B sales growth and consistently exceed targets.
- Market Expansion: Acquire high value enterprise accounts and expand regional penetration.
- Relationship Depth: Build strategic, long term partnerships that increase retention and lifetime value.
The Toolkit (What you’ll own)
Enterprise Acquisition: New Business Development Identify, approach, and close new B2B accounts to drive revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Retention &Account Expansion Build strong client relationships and increase wallet share through continuous engagement.
Sales Execution: End-to-End Deal Ownership Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure while maintaining CRM discipline and performance tracking.

The Enterprise Hunter: Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales with consistent target achievement.
The Relationship Builder: Strong networking skills with the ability to engage decision-makers across levels.
The Negotiator: Excellent communication and closing skills with strong commercial understanding.
The Executor: Target-driven, analytical, and disciplined in managing pipeline and performance metrics.
