We are looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Windows-based applications, backend services, web APIs, Angular frontend, SQL Server, and reporting tools.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain WinForms, Web, and Service-based applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Develop and consume RESTful Web APIs and integrate them with Angular and other frontend applications.
- Maintain and enhance legacy ASP.NET Web Forms / MVC applications.
Backend & Services
- Develop Web Services (REST/SOAP), WCF services, and Windows Services.
- Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance backend components.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive UI using Angular / AngularJS.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and handle UI performance.
Database & Performance
- Design and optimize SQL Server objects:
- Stored Procedures
- Functions
- Views
- Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design and develop reports using:
- RDLC Reports
- RDL / SSRS Reports
- Crystal Reports
Deployment & Tools
- Deploy applications on IIS (Web Apps, APIs, Services).
- Use Git for source control and follow versioning best practices.
- Work with Visual Studio / VS Code for development and debugging.
Mandatory Skill Set (Must-Have for Screening)
Core Mandatory Skills
- VB.Net, C# with .NET Framework (4.x)
- Strong hands-on experience in WinForms application development (UI design, events, data binding, performance handling)
- ASP.NET Web API (REST)
- SQL Server with strong Stored Procedure & Query Optimization skills
- Angular (any recent version) OR AngularJS with real project experience
- Reporting experience using RDLC / RDL / Crystal Reports
Hands-on IIS deployment experience

Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Ad Sales
Revenue Generation, Media Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Achievement of Sales Targets/Revenue Generation
2. New Business Development- New Brands on board- First-time advertisers/maximum ; coverage with clients.
3. Client Servicing- Work on timely revert on Briefs/Presentations & Proposals/Post Eval/Reports/Build relationships with the clients
4. Tracking Advertisement campaigns of clients & accordingly design/pitch customised cinema campaigns for the clients.
5. Building pipelines and forecasting business
6. Handling collections / outstanding
7. Production House Partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships with production houses to identify upcoming movie releases and trailer opportunities, and proactively pitch and secure trailer advertising business.
Essential Skills
-Must have hands on experience in media / space selling, concept selling, corporate selling.
-Industry experience, should understand the sales process and strong background. Strong sales person with great ability to network.
-Ability to handle & work under pressure.
-Excellent Communication skills.
-Prepare and present presentations to customers and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate resolution ot field service requests PAN India, meeting SOP-defined TAT and SLA targets
2. Track and report service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores: drive corrective action on gaps
3. Maintaın regional spares avallabılıty at detined stock norms to support uninterrupted field response
4. Support installatıon commissioning, preventive maintenance. and decommissioning of cinema equipment as per schedule and OEM compliance
5. Monitor field engmneer productivity/perrormance agamnst detined KPIs and support upskilling through training coordination
6. Track repeat failure trends and drive reduction through root-cause and continuous improvement 1nitiatıves
7. Support AMC/service agreement reviews to ensure deliverables and renewals are met on time
8. Ensure IT systems uptime, asset/license tracking, backup, and disaster recovery processes are executed per detined SOPs
