Role Overview
As a Content Marketer, you will play a key role in building and executing VRT’s B2B content and lead generation strategy. This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-converting marketing content, supporting campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, partnerships, and digital channels, and driving measurable business outcomes such as Leads → Calls Booked → Showups.
You will work closely with the CEO and internal stakeholders to translate business insights, stories, and offers into compelling content assets that attract, engage, and convert USA SMB entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support monthly pipeline targets across the funnel: Leads → Calls Booked → Showups.
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, partnerships, and other digital channels.
- Create, refine, and optimize content for lead generation and nurturing, including:
- LinkedIn posts
- Email sequences
- Newsletters
- Website and landing page copy
- Blogs and short-form articles
- Interview and gather content inputs from Rajesh Tedla (CEO) and internal stakeholders to extract insights, offers, and stories for campaigns.
- Convert raw ideas and inputs into polished, audience-focused marketing assets.
- Maintain consistency in VRT/EGA brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
- Publish and schedule content using approved marketing tools and maintain a structured content calendar.
- Track weekly funnel metrics and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
- Work with designers, editors, and other team members by preparing clear creative briefs and coordinating execution.
- Support performance marketing initiatives across LinkedIn and email; exposure to Meta, YouTube, and Instagram campaigns is a plus.
- Continuously test, learn, and improve messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies based on results.
Required Skills / What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in content marketing, B2B marketing, lead generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to create persuasive and audience-relevant marketing copy.
- Good understanding of funnel metrics such as leads, booked calls, show rate, and conversions.
- Strong communication and execution skills with a high sense of ownership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review performance and improve outcomes.
- Ability to work closely with leadership and translate strategic ideas into practical execution.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines.

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Creative Designer (UIUX and social media) who can design visually stunning and user-friendly landing pages while also producing engaging visuals for social media including carousels, banners, and short videos. This role blends creative storytelling with design execution to enhance our digital presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design and enhance user interfaces for landing pages, microsites, and web components.
- Create responsive layouts optimized for desktop and mobile.
- Work closely with developers and marketers to ensure design consistency and functionality.
- Conduct quick usability checks and optimize designs for conversions (CRO mindset).
Creative and Social Media Design
- Design eye-catching social media posts, carousels, and banners for campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to visualize ideas and campaigns effectively.
Basic Video Editing
- Create short promotional and explainer videos for campaigns and website.
- Edit reels, testimonials, and motion graphics using simple tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Brand and Asset Management
- Maintain the design asset library and ensure timely updates to visuals.
- Support content and marketing teams with design requirements for ads, emailers, and landing pages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in UI/UX or creative design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for UI design.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (for quick social media work).
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
- Understanding visual hierarchy, color theory, and design systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and creative visual assets.

- Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple design requests under deadlines.
