Job Description for Flutter Developer:
Profile: Flutter Developer
Experience: 1-2 yrs
Qualification: B.Tech/MCA

Roles And Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing mobile interfaces.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality Flutter applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
- Work with databases, authentication, push notifications, and other mobile services.
- Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Perform unit, widget, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, security, and scalability.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development, and industry trends.
Flutter Developer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
- Experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications.
- Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, animations, and responsive design.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Strong understanding of state management and application architecture.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version-control workflows.
- Good understanding of JSON, HTTP, asynchronous programming, and API integration.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of mobile application security and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of aesthetics and animated canvas.
- Able to understand project requirements and handle projects independently.
- Create and Edit Videos for all projects and use motion for the created videos
- Strong learning capability.
- Having a good knowledge of Excel tools
- Framework experience would be beneficial.
- Should be comfortable working with the team.
- Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, with a blend of creative visualization, modern design, and typography.
- Proficiency in handling DSLR cameras for internal photo/video shoots and enhancing footage with effects and elements to produce high-quality videos.
- Basic knowledge of UI design is a plus, as it may be required for certain UI-related tasks and team collaboration.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated experience in a graphic and motion design position.
- A strong portfolio that highlights one's creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Figma and Blender 3D is a plus.
- Experience with BodyMovin (Lottie) and Duik plug-ins will be considered an added advantage.
