Training & Evaluation Period

Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Handle password resets, account access, and user management (Active Directory)
- Install/configure laptops, desktops, printers, and software
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
- Log and track issues in ServiceNow/Jira and meet SLA timelines
- Escalate complex issues to L2 teams
- Support user onboarding/offboarding and system setup
- Maintain basic documentation and SOPs
Required Skills:
- Strong 2-3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft Office 365
- Basic exposure to AWS is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and security concepts
- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments (basic level)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic understanding of programming/scripting (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced or SaaS environments is an advantage
- Strong communication skills (English) and problem-solving ability
Amazon Web Services (AWS)🔑 Core Responsibilities

Spring BootRole Overview
We are seeking a technically strong Java Support Engineer who combines solid development knowledge with a passion for support and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, along with a strong understanding of application engineering concepts, and must be comfortable working in a production support environment handling incidents, troubleshooting, monitoring, and system stability.
Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai
Key Responsibilities
· Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
· Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes or workarounds.
· Collaborate with development teams for permanent issue resolution.
· Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
· Support deployments, releases, and environment validations.
· Perform minor code fixes and enhancements when required.
· Document issues, solutions, and support procedures.
· Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident management.
