Key Responsibilities
- Report Generation & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Data Automation: Streamline data collection and reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, VBA/Macros, and Power Query to minimize manual effort and human error.
- Data Quality Assurance: Validate, clean, and reconcile large datasets from multiple sources to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond quickly to high-priority, customized data requests from management and cross-functional teams.
- Trend Analysis: Identify data trends, anomalies, and insights to help management make informed strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced Excel (Must-Have): Expert-level knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Array Formulas.
- VBA & Automation: Proficient in writing and debugging VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks.
- Data Visualization: Ability to build clean, intuitive charts, graphs, and dynamic dashboards that tell a story.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong plus.
Professional Skills:
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Reporting role.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for spotting patterns and discrepancies in massive datasets.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in data handling; a missing comma or broken formula shouldn't get past you.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
1. Network Engineering & Team Leadership
- Architect & Maintain: Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud infrastructure on AWS) supporting both corporate offices and widespread on-site clinic networks.
- Lead the Team: Mentor and manage a team of system/network engineers, setting clear milestones, managing internal ticketing escalations, and conducting performance reviews.
- Uptime & Redundancy: Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical health-tech delivery systems by monitoring network traffic, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing failover mechanisms.
2. Data Privacy & Compliance Safeguards
- Privacy Infrastructure: Implement strict access control mechanisms, data encryption standards (at rest and in transit), and zero-trust network frameworks to protect sensitive personal health information (SPI/PHI).
- Access Control & Governance: Define, implement, and enforce robust Access Control policies (including Least Privilege and Role-Based Access Control) across all corporate and clinical network environments to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
- Access Reviews & Audits: Establish and oversee routine, formalized Access Review processes, ensuring user permissions, administrative privileges, and third-party access are regularly audited, validated, and revoked when no longer required.
- Regulatory Alignment: Align IT, network policies, and access governance protocols with Indian data protection laws (DPDP Act) and global healthcare standards (HIPAA principles).
- Audit Readiness: Conduct routine network vulnerability assessments, comprehensive security audits, and firewall updates to preemptively patch security risks and maintain clean compliance logs.
3. Data Understanding & Visualization
- Infrastructure Analytics: Look beyond raw logs. Analyze data flow patterns, bandwidth utilization, and system performance logs to deeply understand network health.
- Executive Dashboards: Transform complex IT operational data, compliance metrics, and access audit logs into intuitive, actionable visual dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Present clear data trends to the executive leadership team regarding resource utilization, forecasting future capacity needs, and justifying infrastructure spend.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in IT network engineering, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity. Experience in Health-tech, Fintech, or highly regulated domains is a massive plus.
Technical Stack Expertise:
- Networking: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto), VPN configuration, and AWS Cloud Networking (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect).
- Data Privacy & Access Management: Proven familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data masking techniques, data classification protocols, and managing formalized user access review cycles.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on proficiency with visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight).
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Governance: Maintain, update, and streamline daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Analyze historical data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify business bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes, gather requirements for system upgrades, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve workflow automation.
- Predictive Forecasting: Utilize statistical data to help leadership forecast revenue, demand, and resource allocation.
