We are looking for an Automation Design Engineer to design and evaluate warehouse automation solutions across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design warehouse automation solutions using conveyors, AS/RS, AMRs, robotics, sortation and Goods-to-Person systems.
• Develop facility layouts, material flow concepts and optimize throughput, space, labor and ergonomics.
• Evaluate automation technologies and vendors and support RFPs, technical evaluations and solution selection.
• Build ROI, payback and cost-per-unit models to assess automation investments.
• Review vendor designs, equipment specifications and support FAT, SAT, commissioning and go-live.
• Collaborate with Operations, WMS/WCS, IT, Controls, Finance, Safety and Project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in warehouse automation, material handling, industrial engineering or automation analytics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with labor standards, MOST/MODAPTS, process optimization and ROI analysis.
• WMS/WCS, Power BI, SQL/Python and implementation experience are a plus.

What you'll need

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience implementing metadata-driven governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or customer-facing analytics platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management support.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and project governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Manhattan Active TMS solutions to support transportation planning, execution, and optimization.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define transportation requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Design and test transportation workflows, routing logic, rate management, and carrier communication.
• Support system integration with WMS, OMS, and third-party logistics systems using APIs and microservices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues related to MATM.

• Strong understanding of transportation operations across TL, LTL, parcel, and intermodal.
• Experience with transportation optimization, rating engines, and carrier selection.
• Hands-on experience with workflow configuration in Manhattan Active TMS.
• Familiarity with JIRA and SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and configuration logic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating MATM with other Manhattan Active modules (e.g., WMS, OMS).

• Knowledge of EDI messages (204, 214, 990, 210) and TMS-related data formats.
• Previous experience in a high-volume retail, 3PL, or manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Configure MAWM modules, rules, and workflows based on operational requirements and guidance from US/global leads.
• Perform system parameter setup, functional rule configuration, and environment preparation for testing and go-live.
• Support host–WMS integrations (OMS, TMS, WCS, MHE systems, carrier APIs) by reviewing mapping, running test transactions, and validating results.
• Assist in data setup (item, location, client, inventory profiles) to support functional testing and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot functional/system issues, working with the US team and vendor support as needed.
• Maintain configuration documentation and change logs for reference and audit purposes.
• Participate in deployment activities, including configuration migration and post-go-live support.
• Attend regular coordination calls with the US team to review tasks, priorities, and progress.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) configuration and functional setup.
• Strong understanding of WMS operations in retail, e-commerce, and 3PL environments.
• Experience with Manhattan Active API ecosystem and basic ProActive extensibility features.
• Knowledge of WMS host integrations (OMS, TMS, WCS, automation systems) and EDI/integration methods.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Incident Management Associate to oversee the end-to-end management of production incidents and ensure timely restoration of IT services. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, drive incident resolution, facilitate stakeholder communication, and minimize business impact through effective incident management practices.

This role requires working in a 24x7 rotational support environment, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Major and High-Priority Incidents from identification through resolution and closure.
• Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate with application, infrastructure, cloud, network, database, and support teams to expedite resolution.
• Ensure timely incident response, escalation, communication, and resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Monitor incident queues and prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency.
