About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing professional to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in app performance marketing, user acquisition, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
- Drive app installs, user acquisition, and customer growth initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPI, CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities for conversion improvements.

- Strong understanding of attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar tools.
- Experience in consumer internet, mobility, fintech, gaming, quick commerce, food delivery, or app-first businesses preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in campaign optimization, funnel analysis, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Preferred Background
Candidates from companies such as Uber, Ola, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED, Groww, Dream11, Games24x7, or similar high-growth digital businesses will be preferred.
