👀 What This Role Is About
This is not a typical job.
You’ll be responsible for building the product from scratch, making key technical decisions, and shaping the future of the company.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product development
- Build scalable backend systems and APIs
- Design clean, efficient architecture
- Work closely with me (founder) on product decisions
- Ship fast, iterate faster
- Set up the engineering foundation (code, infra, standards)

- Strong full-stack or backend experience
- Ability to build from 0 → 1
- High ownership mindset (no hand-holding)
- Product thinking (not just coding)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Based in Bangalore (important)

🌟 What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide customers on using WorkBuddyHR effectively.
- Conduct product onboarding sessions for new clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, referrals, and product adoption.
- Capture customer feedback and help improve our product.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada are a plus).
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
