Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer with expertise in Python, machine learning models, OpenAI, Fast API, Azure Stack, REST APIs, Autogen, and MCP. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, be proactive, and possess the ability to lead small teams independently.

1.  Proficient in Python programming and machine learning frameworks
2.  Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
3.  Proficiency in deep learning for Natural Language Processing (NLP) using BERT, GPT, and other Transformer-based models
4.  Basic understanding of computer vision techniques for image recognition or object detection
5.  Hands-on experience with OpenAI technologies and applications, including Azure OpenAI GPT models
6.  Experience integrating backend systems with APIs and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers
7. · Proficient in FastAPI for building and deploying RESTful APIs
8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deploying FastAPI applications
9.  Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (including Azure Stack) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying AI solutions
10. Experience in data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing large-scale datasets for generative AI applications
11. Proficiency in using vector databases and NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch or Azure Cosmos DB
12.  Experience with Autogen and MCP for automation and model management
13.  Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
14. Proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas
15. Understanding of AI evaluation metrics, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI applications
16.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
17.  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
18. Proactive attitude with the ability to independently lead small teams

Required Skill set : SUSE Servers,ESX environments,DNS, NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services,SAN or NAS environment,RAID, LVM,TCP/IP, DHCP, IP,LDAP,AWS or Azure,L3 level.

• Managing & maintaining SUSE Servers(good to have)
• Managing IBM, DELL, Lenovo Fujitsu and HP HANA appliance servers.
• Building/reimages SUSE Linux servers in both physical and virtual environment.
• Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments.
• Providing Level 3 supports to the customers and Managing the Antivirus environment.
• Patching and OS upgrades on SUSE servers
• Exposure on DNS, NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services (good to gave)
• Knowledge on SAN or NAS environment.
• Knowledge on RAID, LVM.(good to have)
• Exposure on any clusters and package management
• Good understanding of Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing and Name Resolution.
• Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
• OS Concepts on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, LDAP, high availability and disaster recovery concepts, Monitoring etc.
• Knowledge in configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible Must Have: Skills in Cloud (AWS Or Azure Or Both is advantage) AWS Skills: Experience with EBS,EFS, VPC, Elastic Beanstalk, SNS, Cloud watch, S3, EC2, Auto scaling, CloudFront, ELB etc. Hands on NSG & NACL, Firewall management. Responsible for creating and managing EC2 instances using VPCs. AWS EC2 CLI Tools for auto-scaling of instances, backup management, s3 management Azure Skills:
• Thorough knowledge on Azure platforms IAAS, PaaS. · Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and various deployment methodologies ·
• Ability to design application and deployment architecture from On-premise to Cloud
• Provided architectural guidance for Azure solutions
• Strong knowledge of Azure App services, Azure Resource Manager (ARM Templates)
• Good understanding of Azure storage options
• Good Understanding of Azure networking like VNETS, NSGs , ExpressRoute, site-to-site and point-to-site connections
• Strong Knowledge on Security options in Azure
• Hand on experience on Windows PowerShell
