We are seeking a talented and passionate Conversational AI Developer to join our team and play a key role in creating innovative and engaging chatbots and virtual assistants.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on AI and natural language processing technologies. 

Responsibilities: 

• Drive the full lifecycle development — from design to deployment — of scalable chatbots and virtual assistants utilizing Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, or similar CAI technologies 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, UX/UI specialists) to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement user stories 
• Integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) techniques to enable chatbots to understand user intent and respond accordingly 
• Leverage Generative AI services to enhance chatbot responses with creativity and personalization 
• Develop chatbots for deployment across multiple channels (web, mobile apps, messaging platforms) ensuring a seamless user experience 
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high performance and accuracy of conversational AI solutions 
• Monitor and analyze user interactions and chatbot performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization 
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies and best practices.
• Apply Microsoft Foundry methodologies for rapid prototyping, iterative experimentation, and accelerated delivery of AI-driven chatbot solutions
• Build, refine, and scale enterprise-grade chatbot applications using Foundry-aligned engineering practices, reusable components, and standardized deployment workflows

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on conversational AI or chatbots 
• Deep expertise in Azure Bot Framework v4, specifically utilizing Adaptive Dialogs, Waterfall Dialogs, and middleware customization 
• Strong backend development skills with advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML for custom bot logic 
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, using Azure Functions and Logic Apps to orchestrate workflows between the bot and external systems 
• Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP), specifically for managing Live Agent handoffs, Knowledge base retrieval, and Case creation 
• Experience configuring Azure Cosmos DB for storing conversation state, user data, and telemetry logs 
• Experience implementing Hybrid AI strategies, bridging classical NLU services (Azure CLU) with Generative AI models (Azure OpenAI/GPT) for fall-back handling or content generation 
• Middleware familiarity, with exposure to MuleSoft or similar ESB platforms for enterprise-grade data exchange 
• Data-driven optimization skills, utilizing Power BI to analyze conversation logs, identify drop-off points, and drive NLU accuracy improvements 
• SDLC leadership experience, including defining CI/CD pipelines for bot deployment across multiple environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Foundry frameworks, including rapid MVP creation, modular architecture patterns, and AI-driven solution accelerators
• Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and optimizing chatbot applications using Foundry engineering standards and reusable AI components

RESPONSIBILITIES SKILLS REQUIRED Build automated pipelines from TikTok Seller Center — live dashboards, no manual exports. Script and configure API-based automation flows (Make, Zapier, Python) from scratch. Use Claude AI daily to accelerate analysis, write code, and generate report narratives. Own the Growth team's full reporting cadence — weekly, monthly, ad-hoc. Support TikTok Shop daily operations: monitor KPIs, flag anomalies, coordinate data needs. Present insights and strategy to C-level stakeholders — concise, visual, confident. Excel / Sheets — Power Query, macros, dynamic dashboards Scripting — Python, JS, or Apps Script (write & debug code) Automation — Make / Zapier / API integrations BI Tools — Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau Claude AI — required, daily co-pilot (non-negotiable) E-commerce fluency — CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel metrics Advanced English — C1/C2, written & spoken Proactive ownership — no hand-holding required

5–10 years of experience in backend or full-stack development (Java, C#, Python, or Node.js preferred).

•Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications (front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases).

•Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

•Develop robust backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

•Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL).

•Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to refine requirements and deliver solutions.

•Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

•Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate documentation.

•Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues.

•Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and architecture.

•Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

•Strong experience with server-side programming (Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET).

•Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.

•Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, and REST/GraphQL best practices.

•Working knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) and DevOps pipelines.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Angular (8+)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience developing REST APIs
• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
• Experience with SQL-based databases
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns
• Experience in unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Understanding of microservices and API gateway patterns
• Knowledge of messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
