Job Responsibilities

Experience- 1.5+ years

* Write and post technical job descriptions.

* Identify specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls.

* Screening candidates and matching them to appropriate positions.

* Screening candidates for experience, availability, interest level, salary range, etc.

* Recruit through internal database, references and external entities such as Naukri, Indeed and professional network on LinkedIn.

* Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 -3 years of working experience in Technical Recruitment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience with multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.

* Experience in hiring for roles like – Software Development Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Analysts, Mobile app developers, Front-End and Back-End Developers etc.

Junior UI/UX Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer & Video Editor who can design engaging digital experiences and create high-quality visual and video content.

Responsibilities

• Design web and mobile interfaces using Figma.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Work with product managers, developers, and senior designers.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable components.
• Create visual assets, presentations, product demos, and promotional content.
• Edit videos and create basic motion graphics, animations, and transitions.
• Explore and use AI tools to improve design, video editing, and creative workflows.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related field.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Capcut
• Good understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX and video/motion work.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI design tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI video tools such as Magnific, Google Flow or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

QA Automation Engineer

Experience 4+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in automation testing, API testing, and mobile application testing. The ideal candidate should have good experience with Selenium, Java, and Postman, along with a strong understanding of software testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium and Java.
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
• Perform API testing using Postman.
• Perform mobile application testing across relevant platforms and devices.
• Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Perform database testing and data validation using SQL.
• Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and release validation.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing.
