Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
- Support API integrations, data mapping, and system interoperability initiatives.
- Work with SQL queries and datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Assist QA teams with test scenarios, UAT coordination, and validation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and change requests

- Connect and integrate Tableau with Salesforce Data Cloud as a primary data source
- Handle large datasets from Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Core Cloud, ensuring efficient query performance
- Implement of row-level security (RLS) and data governance.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Modeling, DLOs, DMOs) and Permission Sets.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies between Salesforce Data Cloud and Tableau outputs
- Understanding Salesforce objects (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, User, Job Card, Invoice)
- handling different data granularities (lead, opportunity, aggregated targets)
Understanding CRM analytics and customer lifecycle metrics
