Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Production Executive with an ITI Fitter background to support the signage production team. The ideal candidate will handle the assembly, fitting, and basic fabrication of signage structures, while coordinating workflow to ensure timely completion of jobs. This role combines technical skills with day-to-day production coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute fitting and assembly work for signage products such as glow signs, acrylic boards, ACP structures, metal frames, and LED setups.
· Interpret and work from technical drawings or production plans.
· Handle tools, machines, and equipment for cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly task.
· Assist the production supervisor in planning and organizing daily tasks.
· Inspect completed products for quality, measurements, and proper finishing.
· Ensure proper use of materials to minimize wastage.
· Coordinate with design, printing, and installation teams for job readiness.
· Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
· Report any delays, material shortages, or technical issues to the Production Manager.

Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer at Featherneo Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing a variety of signage products including, but not limited to, banners, posters, vehicle wraps, window graphics, and directional signs. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and the production team to bring designs to life while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
