IHX is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Claims Processing Executive to join the team. The role involves handling healthcare claim submissions, conducting provider assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage healthcare claim submissions accurately and within defined timelines.
• Perform provider assessments by reviewing documentation and verifying required information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and update claim information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and providers to resolve claim-related queries.
• Prepare reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry, internet usage).
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare claims or insurance processes is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (depending on the hiring requirement).

.Net developer responsible for building .NET applications using { Asp.net, c#, (sql or oracle), Css, jQuery, Xamarin and Xml }. Primary responsibility will be design and develop of web applications. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of .net web /windows application

• Proficient in Asp.net, c#, MVC, (sql or oracle), Css, jQuery, Xamarin , Xml, json

• Strong Understanding of Object-Oriented programming

• Proficient on Web Services and Web API

• Hands on experience on Microsoft Technologies

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tool

What You’ll Own

• Architect and build high-performance .NET web applications
• Develop and enhance applications using ASP.NET (Web Forms 4.2), MVC, SQL Server/Oracle
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs & Web Services
• Drive clean architecture, performance optimization, and code quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to technical decisions and mentor junior developers

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in the .NET ecosystem
