Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AS400 / IBM i Professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in IBM iSeries (AS400) environments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of system administration, database management, application development, security, troubleshooting, and platform integration.
The candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, and management to support, enhance, and maintain AS400-based enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AS400 / IBM i system administration, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Manage IBM i environments, system objects, libraries, jobs, subsystems, and related components.
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and support applications running on the AS400 platform.
- Work with programming languages such as RPG, CL, COBOL, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using DB2 for i / SQL.
- Troubleshoot application, system, database, and integration-related issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for technical problems.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, patches, and environment changes.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between AS400 and external enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and SCM systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management for application support and enhancements.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and application support documentation.
- Follow organizational security, compliance, and change-management standards.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience working with AS400 / IBM i / iSeries systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in AS400 system administration and application support.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- RPG / RPGLE
- CL / CLLE
- COBOL
- Other AS400 programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of DB2 for i / DB2-400 and SQL.
- Experience with AS400 troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.

Requirement: BPCS & LX Technical Support
A qualified technical consultant shall be identified and assigned to provide BPCS 6.0.04 and Infor LX technical support and development services as defined in the SOW.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 10 years of experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 environments
• Hands-on experience with BPCS ERP and Infor LX
• Strong skills in RPG / RPGLE, CL, and DB2
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain ERP systems
Responsibilities
• Monitor and resolve support tickets for BPCS/LX environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and system integrations
• Perform custom development, enhancements, and reporting
• Provide weekly updates on tickets, hours, and resolutions
Availability
• Support during Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• After-hours support as required with prior approval

- Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Implementation profile
- 5+ years in enterprise integration / middleware roles, with minimum 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation experience
- Strong experience designing and delivering integrations using OIC Integrations, Adapters (File, FTP, DB, SOAP/REST, Oracle ERP), Orchestrations, Mappings, Process Automation, Visual Builder (VBCS), and OIC Insight/Monitoring

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (Integration, Process Automation, Visual Builder, Insight) and related Oracle PaaS components.
- Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion/ERP/HCM, Salesforce, on-prem applications (e.g., AS/400, JDE), APIs, file feeds (FBDI/HDL), databases and third-party SaaS.
- Own end-to-end integration delivery - from architecture/design reviews through deployment, monitoring, and post-production support.
