About the Product
We build a spiritual wellness app, live on iOS and Android, with a growing base of paying subscribers. It pairs guided content with narrated audio and short daily practices. Small team, real users, no bureaucracy.
We're hiring one developer for a focused three months: clear the maintenance backlog, and roll the app out in seven new languages.
The Role
Two mandates, both hands-on. You write the code, you ship it, you watch it in production. You'll work directly with the founder — short feedback loops, decisions in hours not weeks.
1. Stability and backlog
Bug fixes, crash triage, performance, offline and audio playback reliability, dependency and OS-version upgrades. Own the release process end to end: builds, TestFlight, App Store and Play Store submissions, review responses, staged rollouts. Maintain in-app subscriptions and paywalls — entitlements, restore flows, edge cases.
2. Language expansion — seven languages
We supply the translated content ourselves. The full content corpus is already translated (or in progress) in-house. You are not doing translation work. You are building the system that serves it.
Target languages: Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian, Portuguese, Hebrew.
That means:
- The i18n layer — string externalization, keys, pluralization, locale detection and switching, date/number formats
- Handling text expansion — German and Russian run 30%+ longer than English and will break layouts that were designed for English. Finding and fixing those is a real part of the job.
- The content pipeline — per-locale content queries and graceful fallback when a story or audio file isn't yet available in a language
- Localized audio — multiple voice tracks per locale, caching, fallback
- Per-market store listings, screenshots, metadata, and regional pricing tiers
- Making it possible to add a new language without a code change
- Hebrew is right-to-left. It ships last. RTL experience is a plus, not a requirement — but you should be comfortable learning it and using React Native's built-in RTL support.
Milestones
Scope is milestone-gated, not hours-based.
Week Deliverable 1–3 Backlog triage, crash and performance fixes, i18n layer + string externalization 4–6 Spanish, French, Italian live end-to-end — content, audio, layout 7–9 German, Russian, Portuguese — including layout fixes for text expansion 10 Documentation & handover — setup, architecture, runbook. Store listings and regional pricing shipped. 11–12 Hebrew (RTL), or backlog overflow Requirements
Must have
- 3+ years shipping production mobile apps
- At least one app you personally took through App Store and Play Store review
- Strong React Native / Expo and TypeScript
- Real, shipped i18n experience — you've launched an app in multiple languages and know where it breaks. Not "I've used i18next once."
- Hands-on with mobile subscriptions and IAP (RevenueCat, StoreKit, or Play Billing)
- Experience with a Postgres/REST or BaaS backend (Supabase, Firebase, or similar)
- Tests on real devices before shipping — "works on my machine" isn't done
- Fluent English; disciplined enough to work independently without daily supervision
Nice to have
- RTL / Hebrew or Arabic layout experience
- Audio-heavy app experience — streaming, caching, background playback, lock-screen controls
- Push notifications (APNs, FCM)
- App store review or metadata compliance across markets
- Sensitivity to religious or spiritual content — you should be able to handle it with care, whatever your own background
Terms
- 3-month fixed-term contract, remote, working in full-time capacity
- First month is probationary — 2 weeks' notice either side
- Compensation: [range] for the full term, paid monthly against milestones
- All work product and IP assigned to the company
- Documentation and handover are contractual deliverables, due at week 10
- Extension to an ongoing maintenance retainer available; decided in week 10
To Apply
Send:
- Links to apps you've shipped — especially anything multilingual
- A short note on the hardest localization problem you've solved and how you found it
- GitHub or a code sample, if you can share one

ABOUT THE JOB:
Oogwai Analytics is hiring a young, internet-native content creator to lead organic video content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. We're not looking for a "post-and-pray" person — we want someone who lives and breathes short-form video, understands what makes content spread, and can turn our products into content people actually want to watch and share.
If you spend your free time studying reels, dissecting why a video blew up, tracking creators before they go mainstream, and already have opinions on hooks, pacing, and thumbnails — this is your job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create organic video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X
• Own the content calendar across all four platforms, tailoring format and tone to each
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and platform algorithm shifts
• Research and identify relevant influencers/creators for collabs and organic amplification
• Track trends to spot what's working, experiment,
• Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and titles for each platform
• Monitor performance and adapt based on whats working.
• Needs to have fun.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-3 years of experience — instinct and portfolio matter more than resume
• Genuine obsession with social media — can explain why and what content works
• Hands-on video shooting and editing experience (phone-shot is fine)
• Working knowledge of InShot, Canva or any similar tool.
• Understanding reel hooks, retention, shareability
• Experience researching creators/influencers for collabs
• Basic copywriting skills for captions, hooks, titles. English fluency.
• Self-starter, minimal hand-holding needed
GOOD TO HAVE:
• A personal social account/channel you've grown yourself
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio
MUST-HAVE SKILLS: Short-form Video, Reels, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, Copywriting
RELEVANT SKILLS: YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Posts, Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Organic Growth, Canva, Content Strategy, Trend Research
WHAT TO SUBMIT: • Resume • Portfolio / sample reels or videos (personal or professional)
• One-line pitch: why organic content will work for Oogwai
AM:PM is short-form news for people who left the news behind. Every story gets two sides: The Take and The Flip. We are pre-launch and building the distribution engine from zero.
The job You own reach. Not brand decks, not vibes. The actual mechanics of how AM:PM content travels: what gets posted, when, framed how, and why one clip does 10x the last one.
What you will actually do
- Reverse-engineer why content wins or dies on IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and in-app
- Build and run seeding motions from cold: WhatsApp, creator drops, communities
- Engineer for the signals that decide a post's first 30 minutes
- Turn one viral hit into a repeatable playbook, not a fluke
What we look for
- You think in loops and K-factors, not campaigns
- You can explain a viral moment down to its first domino
- You have made something reach people with zero budget
- You write copy that stops a scroll in under two seconds
What this is not
- Not a brand or comms role. If your instinct is a 20-slide strategy deck, this will frustrate you.
- Not paid-ads management. We earn reach, we do not buy it.
- Not a post-three-times-a-day-and-hope content-calendar seat.

WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
We're building Juliet, an AI that runs marketing end to end. Our users are marketers, founders, CEOs, growth leads, agencies, and SMBs — not developers. They
tell Juliet the goal. She plans, writes production code, and ships real marketing: conversion-optimized websites, launch assets, campaigns, audits, autonomously.
That's the engineering problem in one line: the humans in the loop can't read code, so the agent has to get it right on her own — plan, build, self-correct,
recover, ship.
Under the hood: a browser-based studio backed by cloud sandboxes, a real-time SSE streaming pipeline, and a LangGraph agent working across 83 tools and 63 skill
modules. The agent isn't bolted onto the product. She is the product.
Small team, big ambitions. You'll ship things users touch daily, not write tickets about them.
---
THE ROLE
We're hiring one architect-level backend engineer to own Juliet's agentic infrastructure end to end. That means the agent graph, the execution environment, the
streaming pipeline, the state and memory systems — and setting technical direction for the engineers working alongside you.
This is a player-coach seat. You'll still write code every day, and your architectural calls become the product. You'll work directly with the founder. No PMs in
between.
Frontend is part of the system. You won't be leading it, but you'll need to understand how the agent's output reaches the browser and be able to ship full-stack
features when needed.
---
THE STACK
AI agent (primary): Python 3.11, LangGraph 1.x + LangChain, Anthropic / Google / OpenAI model providers
API (primary): NestJS 11, Supabase, Redis, PostgreSQL, Server-Sent Events
Infra (primary): Modal cloud sandboxes, Docker, Netlify deployments
Frontend (secondary): Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Zustand, CodeMirror 6, XTerm.js
Monorepo: Turborepo, pnpm
---
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The majority of your time is here:
Agentic AI workflows — Design, extend, and harden the LangGraph agent graph: multi-step planning, code generation, tool dispatch, self-correction, and recovery
across 83 tools and 63 skill modules. This is the core of the product.
Real-time streaming architecture — The SSE pipeline that carries every agent action from the Python backend through NestJS to the browser: event framing,
reconnection, health monitoring, interrupt handling for plan approvals and clarifying questions.
Agent execution environments — Sandbox lifecycle on Modal: container spin-up, file sync, terminal I/O, command execution, and live preview with per-asset esbuild
bundling. The agent lives here.
State and memory systems — LangGraph Postgres checkpointers, middleware-injected context (goals, design docs, memory anchors), conversation summarization. How
the agent knows what it knows.
Backend API and data layer — NestJS services, Supabase schema, Redis caching, quota enforcement, webhook handling. The plumbing the agent depends on.
Marketing intelligence pipelines — AEO, CRO, and brand-perception audit engines: multi-LLM probing, parallel inference, streamed structured reports, result
caching. Audit-at-scale infrastructure.
The remaining ~25% of your time:
Full-stack product features — Collaboration (roles and permissions), the Netlify deployment pipeline, subscription and quota flows, onboarding. You'll ship these
end to end — backend first, frontend to close the loop.
---
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering, including meaningful time as a tech lead or systems architect who owned something end to end. Closer to ten is
the norm for people who thrive here.
- Both worlds on your resume: engineering rigor inside a large company and 0-to-1 ownership at an early-stage startup.
- Production agentic systems experience. You've built and operated LLM agent systems in production with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent — agent graphs, tool
use, state management, prompt engineering, evals. This means well beyond calling a chat endpoint.
- Strong Python. You design and ship production Python daily. The agent codebase is yours to own.
- Architect-level system design. You can own how data flows across four services, make tradeoffs under uncertainty, and defend every call.
- AI-native development workflow. You drive Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic tools as everyday instruments — not occasionally. You have opinions about
working with coding agents because you do it constantly.
- Real-time backend systems. You've built SSE, WebSocket, or streaming API infrastructure in production — not just consumed it.
- Strong TypeScript. The API layer and most product features are in TypeScript. You're productive in it.
Strong plus:
- Background in developer tools, IDEs, or coding/execution platforms
- Container runtimes and sandboxed execution (Modal, E2B, Firecracker, or similar)
- Depth in PostgreSQL, Redis, and Supabase
- LLM observability and evals tooling (LangSmith or similar)
- NestJS or equivalent Node.js API framework experience
- React/Next.js — enough to ship a full-stack feature without handoff
- Exposure to marketing, growth, or publisher-facing products
---
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
You own the architecture. Not a feature factory. Not someone else's design doc. The technical execution of an AI product is yours to lead.
The agent is the product. You're not adding AI to an existing system. You're building and operating the system that is the AI. Every architectural decision
touches what Juliet can and can't do.
Hard problems, always. The system spans cloud sandboxes, streaming infrastructure, multi-step agent graphs, and a full-stack web product — for non-technical
users who can't course-correct a broken output. The bar is high.
Small team, real leverage. Your code ships to users the same week. No layers of approval.
---
HOW TO APPLY
Send us:
1. A short note on the most complex agentic system you've shipped: what broke, and what you'd redo. A link to something you've built that involves agent graphs, tool use, or autonomous multi-step execution
2. What is one thing you would improve about Juliet? It could be a feature or a bug.

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer who thrives at the intersection of research and production — someone who doesn't just build models, but ships systems that scale. You'll own the full ML lifecycle: architecting robust data pipelines, training and rigorously evaluating models, and deploying them into high-throughput production environments.
