Web & Digital Operations Specialist
WordPress | Shopify | SEO | AI
Location: India – Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 3–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Web & Digital Operations Specialist who can independently manage websites, support digital initiatives, use AI effectively, and take ownership of projects from requirement through completion.
This is not a traditional frontend developer role and it is also not a pure digital marketing role.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working across WordPress, Shopify, website optimization, SEO, digital operations, AI tools, QA, and project coordination.
You do not need to be an expert in everything. What matters is your ability to understand a problem, research what you don't know, use the right tools, execute independently, and verify that the final result actually works.
What You'll Do
Website Management & Optimization
- Build, update, and maintain websites using WordPress and/or Shopify.
- Create and improve landing pages, product pages, forms, and other website sections.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical fixes when required.
- Ensure websites work properly across desktop and mobile.
- Improve website usability, page speed, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Perform website QA, including checking links, forms, images, copy, CTAs, layouts, and functionality.
- Work with developers/designers when a task requires deeper technical expertise.
SEO & Digital Performance
- Handle fundamental on-page and technical SEO activities.
- Perform keyword and competitor research.
- Understand and work with tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Understand how landing pages, content, SEO, traffic sources, user experience, and CTAs affect business results.
- Support digital marketing activities when required.
We are not necessarily looking for a PPC/performance-marketing specialist. You should, however, understand how websites support broader digital marketing and conversion goals.
AI & Automation
AI will be a regular part of this role.
You will use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor/Copilot or similar AI tools to:
- Research unfamiliar topics and industries.
- Assist with website development and troubleshooting.
- Analyze information and identify possible solutions.
- Create and improve content.
- Support SEO and competitor research.
- Speed up repetitive tasks.
- Improve internal processes and documentation.
- Explore opportunities for automation.
You don't need to already be an advanced AI automation engineer.
However, you should be comfortable with AI and interested in learning how tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, scripts, or similar platforms can reduce repetitive manual work.
Most importantly, you should review and verify AI-generated output rather than blindly accepting it.
Project Ownership & Coordination
- Take ownership of assigned projects from requirement to completion.
- Break objectives into clear tasks and priorities.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content teams, marketing teams, or external partners when needed.
- Track deadlines and follow up on dependencies.
- Communicate blockers early rather than waiting until deadlines are missed.
- Maintain checklists, documentation, and project updates.
- Perform final QA before considering a project complete.
- Handle multiple projects and prioritize based on urgency and business impact.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3–6 years of relevant web/digital experience.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and/or Shopify.
- Strong understanding of responsive websites and website usability.
- Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving websites.
- Regular experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, etc.
- Strong research and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently without requiring step-by-step instructions.
- Good attention to detail and QA mindset.
- Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience with some of the following would be valuable, but we don't expect candidates to have all of them:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Search Console
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Shopify Liquid
- WooCommerce
- Landing-page optimization / CRO
- Digital marketing
- Email marketing
- Google/Meta Ads
- Git/GitHub
- APIs
- AI-assisted development
- Zapier / Make / n8n or other automation tools
- Basic graphic/content tools such as Canva
- Working with designers, developers, marketers, or external clients
The Kind of Person We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who thinks:
“I haven't done this before, but I can figure out how to do it.”
rather than:
“I haven't done this before, so someone needs to show me how.”
You should be someone who:
- Investigates problems before jumping to solutions.
- Is comfortable learning unfamiliar tools.
- Thinks beyond the exact task assigned.
- Notices issues and raises them proactively.
- Understands that completing a task is different from achieving the intended result.
- Uses AI to work faster but still applies human judgment.
- Takes responsibility for the quality of the final output.
- Can balance technical, user, and business considerations.
What This Role Is NOT
This is not:
- A pure React/frontend developer position.
- A pure WordPress page-builder position.
- A pure SEO position.
- A pure performance-marketing position.
- A pure project-manager position.
- An AI engineer/ML position.
It is a cross-functional digital role for someone who enjoys working across websites, SEO, AI, digital operations, troubleshooting, optimization, and project coordination.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short 15–20 minute practical problem-solving assessment.
This will not primarily be a coding test.
You may be given a realistic digital problem and asked to explain:
- What you would investigate.
- How you would approach the problem.
- What you would prioritize.
- Which tools you would use.
- How AI could assist you.
- How you would verify your solution.
- How you would know whether the problem was actually solved.
We are more interested in how you think and approach unfamiliar problems than whether you already know every tool we use.
One important change I'd make to your hiring
I would actually use “Web & Digital Operations Specialist” as the public-facing title rather than “AI & Digital Operations Specialist.”
AI is still prominent in the JD, but putting AI first in the title can attract AI developers/engineers and candidates who primarily use AI tools, while your foundation is really websites + digital operations + SEO + ownership, with AI being how you want them to work.
This revised JD should also make candidates like Tarun, Shubham and Deepanshu easier to compare: you don't reject Tarun just because he isn't a PPC specialist, and you don't automatically favor Deepanshu because he's a strong marketer. The question becomes whether each candidate has the web/digital foundation + AI aptitude + ownership needed for this particular role.
only give JD That I can post

- Think beyond the exact task assigned and consider the overall business outcome.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

- Are comfortable balancing websites, SEO, digital operations, AI, automation, and project coordination.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may complete a 15–20 minute practical digital problem-solving assessment.
This is not primarily a coding test. The assessment will focus on problem-solving, independent thinking, website and digital awareness, AI usage, prioritization, quality control, learning ability, and ownership.
If you enjoy figuring things out, learning new tools, improving digital experiences, and using AI to work smarter, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Own a client end to end. Learn their business, find what to automate or rebuild, and lead the work that ships it.
Turn business problems into technical solutions sit in the call, understand the real problem, design the fix, and decide how it gets built.
Stay hands-on. You'll still write code, build integrations, and work with APIs every day.
Build on whatever the client runs Zoho, Salesforce, Azure, similar platforms, and custom apps where needed.
Run delivery: scope it, sequence it, ship it, support it. The timeline is yours.
Review code and designs. Mentor the developers on your projects and unblock them fast.
Be the escalation point when something breaks or an integration misbehaves.
Own client communication on the technical side status, tradeoffs, bad news, early.
Keep the bar high: clear docs, clear updates, clear commit history.
What we're looking for
4–7 years shipping software, with real depth in REST APIs and system integrations.
Experience leading projects or small teams — the person others check with before they build.
Strong with business platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Much of the leverage lives there, not in custom code.
You can sit with a non-technical client, understand the problem, and come back with a working solution.
Still enjoy building. This is technical leadership, not coordination.
Self-driven. You'll often be the senior-most engineer on the account.
Why you'll love this role
Full ownership from first call to delivery — you run projects, not a ticket queue.
Direct access to clients and leadership. Your decisions ship the same week.
Constant variety: new systems, new problems, new builds.
A step into technical leadership without giving up the hands-on work.

What is the role?
Some people come alive when they are designing a learning experience—thinking through what participants need, how a session should flow, and what activity might help a concept finally click. Others are energised by being in the room—asking the right questions, responding to the group, and creating a space where people feel comfortable participating, experimenting, and learning.
We are looking for someone who is excited by both.
Through our Capacity Building vertical, we help nonprofit teams build the confidence, practical skills, and habits they need to use data effectively. We do this through ready-to-run workshops, customised learning engagements, and longer cohort-based programmes such as our Data Literacy Program.
As demand for our workshops and programmes grows, we are looking for someone who can work closely with the Lead, Capacity Building to design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences, develop new offerings, and help build the systems and knowledge needed to scale the vertical.
We do not expect you to be equally accomplished at learning design and facilitation from day one. You may be a stronger designer who wants more opportunities to facilitate, or an experienced facilitator who wants to become more intentional about learning design. What matters is that you have experience in one, some exposure to the other, and the curiosity and learning mindset needed to develop both capabilities.
Who are we?
Goalkeep Advisors is a data consultancy and we believe that every organization should be able to measure, communicate and deepen their impact with confidence. We work with social impact organisations through three core verticals:
- Custom MEL Projects: Helping organisations design outcomes frameworks and strengthen how they collect, analyse, visualise, and use data.
- Goalkeep Kickstarter: Building practical data systems and processes that enable organisations to make better use of their information.
- Capacity Building Engagements: Equipping nonprofit teams with the confidence, skills, and habits to use data through workshops, customised programmes, and longer learning journeys.
Over the past six years, we’ve partnered with 50+ nonprofits across education, health, and livelihood to help them transition into data-driven organizations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Design learning experiences and resources
- Understand participant and organisational needs, and design engaging workshops and programmes through practical, contextual and interactive session plans
- Create clear and thoughtfully designed decks, participant workbooks, templates, and other supporting resources.
- Adapt and improve learning experiences based on the audience, organisational context, and participant feedback.
2. Facilitate engaging learning spaces
- Facilitate online and in-person workshops, cohort programmes, and other adult-learning experiences.
- Create participatory learning spaces where people feel heard, engaged, and confident exploring data and MEL concepts in relation to their own work and realities.
- Reflect on each facilitation experience and use feedback to continuously strengthen the participant experience.
3. Strengthen and grow the Capacity Building vertical
- Work closely with the Lead, Capacity Building to research, design, test, and refine new capacity-building offerings.
- Document programme insights, participant feedback, and facilitation learnings to strengthen future programmes.
- Lead end-of-workshop and end-of-programme reporting by synthesising participant progress, feedback, and impact findings into clear reports and narratives.
- Support the planning and coordination required to deliver engagements smoothly and build the systems and resources needed to scale the vertical.
What you must have?
- At least 2 years of experience in learning design or facilitation for adults
- Experience working with adult learners in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- A foundational understanding of MEL concepts, including Theory of Change, indicators, data collection, analysis, and the use of data for programme learning and decision-making.
- Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, well-structured presentations, learning materials, and reports.
- Willingness to travel for in-person workshops and programmes when required.
What’s in it for you?
- The opportunity to see your work directly influences how nonprofit professionals understand and use data.
- The opportunity to join and help shape a growing vertical at an early stage.
- Meaningful opportunities to develop as both a learning designer and a facilitator.
- Exposure to a wide range of nonprofit organisations, programme contexts, and data and MEL challenges.
- The space to research, experiment with, and develop new capacity-building offerings.
- Being part of a close-knit, mission-driven team working to strengthen the social sector’s ability to use data for impact.
Greetings from zealous sevices!
GoLang (Soln Architect) -(9 AM to 6PM)
Experience: 10-12 Yrs
Need a senior Solution Architect - No BGV - ok with consultants
Own end-to-end solution architecture for a cloud-based cybersecurity platform operating at massive scale (millions of assets), spanning multiple product modules and a broad third-party integration ecosystem.
What They'll Do
Define and own the overall solution architecture across multiple product modules (e.g., detection, response, asset inventory, reporting), ensuring they work as a coherent, scalable system rather than disconnected parts
Design for scale: architecture that reliably handles millions of assets/endpoints with predictable performance, cost, and reliability as volume grows
Lead cloud infrastructure architecture decisions, compute, storage, networking, multi-region/multi-tenant strategy, disaster recovery
Architect and govern third-party integrations (SIEM/SOAR, ticketing, identity providers, cloud provider APIs, threat intel feeds, etc.), define integration patterns, data contracts, and reusable frameworks rather than one-off connections
Create and maintain architecture roadmaps, capacity plans, and technical strategy aligned with product/business roadmap
Set architectural standards and guardrails (scalability, security, data flow, API design) across engineering teams
Act as the technical bridge between engineering, product, security, and infrastructure/DevOps teams
Conduct architecture reviews, threat-model system designs, and identify scaling bottlenecks or single points of failure before they hurt production
Own key non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security, cost-efficiency, compliance
Support presales/enterprise customer conversations on architecture, especially for large or complex deployments
Evaluate and select core technologies (data stores, messaging systems, orchestration, IaC tooling)
What They Should Have
8–12+ years in software/infra engineering, with 4+ years specifically in a solution/enterprise architect role
Proven experience architecting systems at scale (millions of records/assets/events), not just designing on paper, but having operated such systems in production
Deep cloud architecture expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure), multi-account/multi-tenant design, cost optimization, networking, IAM
Strong grasp of distributed systems patterns: data partitioning, eventual consistency, event-driven architecture, caching strategies
Experience designing integration architectures (APIs, webhooks, message queues) across many heterogeneous third-party systems
Security architecture fluency, this is a security product, so the architect must think adversarially about their own system
Ability to produce architecture documentation (C4 diagrams, ADRs, data flow diagrams) that both engineers and executives can use
Track record of cross-functional influence, able to align multiple engineering teams around a shared architecture without direct authority
Cybersecurity domain knowledge (SIEM/EDR/CNAPP/CSPM concepts, threat detection pipelines), or equivalent adjacent domain with fast ramp-up ability
Nice to Have
Experience with specific integration ecosystems relevant to your product (e.g., Splunk, ServiceNow, Okta, AWS Security Hub)
Familiarity with IaC (Terraform), service mesh, and Kubernetes at scale Enterprise/regulated-industry experience (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001) shaping architecture decisions
Prior experience scaling a product from ""hundreds of thousands"" to ""tens of millions"" of managed assets

About PowerTech Digital
PowerTech Digital is a UK software development and digital consultancy working with enterprise clients on digital transformation, data architecture, and AI-enabled delivery. We're a small, senior team that ships fast by pairing strong engineering judgement with AI-native tooling — and we're productising that approach.
Prompt to Production is our newest service: organisations empower their workforce to build applications on AI platforms like Lovable, Bolt, and Claude, and we take those applications to secure, production-grade deployments on the client's own cloud — their identity, their policies, their infrastructure. Every release goes through the same governed pipeline: handover → security audit → hardening → deployment. You would own that pipeline.
The role
This is a hybrid delivery-and-product role. Roughly two-thirds is running and improving the Prompt to Production service end to end; the rest is full-stack product engineering on client builds and our own tooling. You'll work directly with the founder, with real autonomy, modern AI tooling as standard, and a clear brief: make the service so repeatable that every deployment is execution, not invention.
What you'll do
- Run the deployment pipeline: take applications built by citizen developers from a GitHub handover through security audit, remediation, hardening, and release to Azure (AWS/GCP as we expand).
- Lead handover calls (30–60 min) with the people who built the apps — understanding what they made, what it touches, and who needs access.
- Execute AI-assisted security audits using Claude Code against our published checklist — auth and authorisation, RLS policies, secrets handling, data exposure, dependency vulnerabilities — and produce our standardised audit report.
- Implement production hardening: migrate authentication to Microsoft Entra ID (tenant-locked app registrations), move secrets into Azure Key Vault, configure CI/CD with GitHub Actions and OIDC federated credentials.
- Own and improve the infrastructure templates (Bicep/Terraform + cloud-init): per-app resource groups, self-hosted Supabase stacks, automated backups to Blob Storage, monitoring with Application Insights.
- Operate live tier 2 stacks: updates, backup verification, restore tests, secret rotation.
- Build product: full-stack features on client engagements and internal tooling — including AI integration work (LLM APIs, agents, structured extraction, evals).
- Make the service better every cycle: tighten the audit checklist, automate the manual steps, improve the templates. Your job is to make your own job smaller.
What you must bring
- 3–6 years as a full-stack engineer with Node.js and TypeScript/React at the core — you're genuinely strong at building product, not just gluing services.
- Must have experience managing and maintaining self-hosted Supabase
- PostgreSQL in production; Supabase experience (RLS, auth, migrations, edge functions) is a significant advantage.
- Real Docker/Compose ownership and CI/CD you've built yourself (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Cloud fundamentals — ideally Azure (VMs, networking, Key Vault, Entra ID); strong AWS/GCP experience with willingness to go deep on Azure also works.
- AI integration experience in shipped products — you've built with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), understand prompting, structured outputs, and where AI belongs (and doesn't) in a product.
- Security instincts: you think about what an app exposes before you think about what it does.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll run client-facing calls and write reports that IT directors file.
The mindset we're hiring for
Product engineering, not ticket-taking. You ask why before how, you'd rather delete a step than document it, you treat every deployment as a chance to improve the system that does deployments, and you're comfortable being the person accountable for something working in production. You already use AI tools as a force multiplier in your daily work — this role assumes it.
Nice to have
- Bicep or Terraform in anger; Linux server administration.
- Experience with AI app builders (Lovable, Bolt, v0) — even personal projects.
- Security certifications or OWASP familiarity; AZ-104/AZ-204.
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consultancy setting.
Logistics & compensation
- Remote-first. Significant overlap with UK working hours required.
- Competitive compensation based on location and experience. [Adjust per market — e.g. ₹18–28 LPA for India-based candidates; contractor or EOR arrangement available.]
- Direct exposure to the full commercial picture of a productised service — how it's priced, sold, and scaled.

We are looking for a Founding Product Designer who understands how people actually use products.
Someone who can take a rough idea from the founder and turn it into a simple, intuitive and beautiful product that people naturally understand.
Role is open for role in Bengaluru or Remote
What You'll Do
- Design our iOS, Android and Web products
- Turn rough ideas into clear user flows and experiences
- Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Think about what the user will do next
- Make complicated things simple
- Design experiences that feel natural and effortless
- Create designs that developers can actually build
- Work closely with frontend and backend engineers
- Build reusable components and design systems
- Think through errors, loading, empty states and edge cases
- Rapidly create and test different design ideas
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and user behaviour
How We Think About Design
We don't want someone who only makes screens look good.
We want someone who asks:
- What is the user trying to do?
- What will they expect to happen?
- Where could they get confused?
- What will they click first?
- What information do they actually need?
- Can we remove a step?
- Can this be made simpler?
You should understand people first and interfaces second.
Founder → Product
You may receive nothing more than a conversation or a rough idea.
Your job is to turn it into:
Idea → User Behaviour → UX → UI → Prototype → Build
You should be comfortable creating structure when the problem isn't clearly defined yet.
Speed Matters
We move fast.
We want someone who can:
- Design from scratch
- Turn ideas into prototypes quickly
- Explore multiple solutions
- Use modern and AI-assisted design tools
- Iterate without overthinking the process
- Move from idea → working design quickly
Design for Real Users
Always think about:
- What if the user makes a mistake?
- What if there is no data?
- What if something is loading?
- What if they don't understand something?
- What happens after they tap?
- What happens if they change their mind?
- How many steps does this really need?
Great UX is often about removing things.
Work With Engineering
Our mobile apps will be built using:
- Swift — iOS
- Kotlin — Android
- Web application
You don't need to be a developer.
But you should understand enough about how products are built to create designs that are practical, scalable and buildable.
What We Care About
- User behaviour
- Product thinking
- Good taste
- Simplicity
- Speed
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity
- Problem solving
- Execution
We care more about what you can create and how you think than how many years you've been doing it.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
- You constantly notice bad UX
- You ask “Why does this work this way?”
- You naturally simplify things
- You think about what users will do next
- You care about tiny details
- You can explain why your design works
- You enjoy building things from 0 → 1
- You can take ambiguity and turn it into something tangible
- You can move very quickly
- You want to have a real influence on the product
- Design and animate short-form video content (reels/Shorts) from concept to final render
- Create engaging motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects that align with our brand
- Edit and trim raw footage, add captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to drive engagement
- Collaborate with the content/creative team to brainstorm and script video ideas
- Adapt and repurpose longer videos into punchy, trend-focused clips
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, and editing styles
- Assist with graphic design tasks such as thumbnails, overlays, and stickers as needed
What You'll Bring
- Basic proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion/editing software
- A good eye for color, composition, typography, and timing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and what makes content go viral
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly under deadlines
- A portfolio or sample reels (school projects and personal work count!)
- Bonus: experience with Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
About the job
Founding Business Development Executive — US Market | Voice AI SaaS
Company: Northmann Groupe
Product: Paladin Voice/Chat AI Platform
Location: India — Remote / Work From Home
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 2–4+ years in B2B SaaS outbound sales
Market: Primarily United States; Canada, UK and Australia secondary
Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA + performance incentives
OTE: Up to approximately ₹10–12 LPA for strong performers
About Paladin
Paladin is a production-focused Voice AI SaaS platform built by Northmann Groupe.
Businesses and agencies use Paladin for inbound/outbound voice workflows, lead qualification, customer communication, appointments, follow-ups, campaigns and CRM-connected operations.
It supports configurable AI providers, multiple telephony providers, workflow orchestration, APIs, integrations, knowledge bases, QA and tracing.
Paladin already has real users, businesses and agencies. We are now building a focused commercial engine for high-value international customers.
The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Founding Business Development Executive who can build qualified international sales pipeline for Paladin from the ground up.
This is not a social media marketing role. Success is not measured by connection requests, scraped leads or automated message volume.
Your job is to find businesses and agencies with a genuine commercial need for Voice AI, start meaningful conversations with the right decision-makers, qualify them properly, move them into sales discussions and convert them into paying Paladin customers.
You will work closely with GTM and product/engineering and have significant ownership over Paladin's outbound sales motion.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting, Pipeline & Qualification
• Identify high-quality target companies and decision-makers in the US and other developed markets.
• Build carefully researched account and prospect lists based on Paladin's ICP.
• Use LinkedIn as a primary outbound channel to identify, engage and develop relationships with relevant prospects.
• Run personalized outbound conversations, not mass generic outreach.
• Conduct disciplined follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify buying signals, business pain and Voice AI use cases.
• Qualify for existing customers/leads/call volume, real pain, commercial use case, urgency, ability to pay and meaningful potential usage.
We are deliberately not optimizing for low value registrations, students, hobbyists or people merely exploring AI.
Typical Target Accounts
• AI automation / Voice AI agencies
• GoHighLevel / CRM / RevOps agencies
• lead-generation agencies
• contact centers and BPOs
• SaaS companies
• businesses with meaningful inbound or outbound call volume
• companies already using Vapi, Retell, Bland, Synthflow or similar infrastructure
Sales Conversations
• Engage founders, CEOs, agency owners, CTOs, Heads of Automation, RevOps leaders and operations executives.
• Understand their workflow, pain points, current stack and commercial requirements.
• Position Paladin around the buyer's use case rather than listing features.
• Handle early-stage objections and commercial questions.
• Maintain momentum through follow-up.
• Move qualified opportunities toward technical discovery, evaluation, pilot and commercial discussion.
Product / Engineering Handoff
You are not expected to become a Voice AI engineer.
Bring in product/engineering for deeper technical, architecture or implementation discussions, ensuring technical time is spent only on genuine commercial opportunities.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, meetings, opportunities and outcomes.
• Track why prospects move forward or drop out.
• Report actual funnel performance, not vanity activity.
• Share recurring objections, ICP patterns and market feedback.
• Help improve positioning, targeting, messaging and qualification.
What Success Looks Like
We care about qualified conversations, held meetings, sales opportunities, pipeline value, evaluations, pilots, paying customers and revenue influenced or sourced.
We do not care about meaningless connection counts, copied mass messages, unqualified demos, vanity impressions or scraped lead volume with no commercial intent.
Initial Performance Expectations
After onboarding and ramp-up, we expect approximately:
• 3+ qualified held meetings per week
• 12–15+ qualified meetings per month
• consistent creation of commercially relevant pipeline
• active contribution toward new international paying customers
We value qualified revenue opportunities over artificially inflated meeting numbers.
Who We’re Looking For
Mandatory
• 2–4+ years of hands-on outbound B2B sales experience
• meaningful experience selling B2B SaaS or technology products
• experience prospecting into the US / North American market
• personally generated pipeline rather than only managing inbound leads
• strong LinkedIn prospecting experience
• experience speaking with founders, executives or business decision-makers
• excellent written and strong spoken English
• comfort working with international prospects
• experience with follow-ups and multi-touch sales cycles
• CRM familiarity
• ability to work independently in a remote environment
• confidence operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment
Strongly Preferred
Experience in AI SaaS, Voice AI, conversational AI, automation platforms, CRM, sales technology, contact-center software, telephony, APIs/developer infrastructure, MarTech, RevOps technology or agency-focused SaaS.
You Should Know Your Numbers
We will ask about your actual historical sales performance, including:
• prospects contacted and conversations generated
• average qualified meetings per month and show rates
• opportunities and pipeline generated
• quota attainment and conversion rates
• markets and ICPs you sold into
We may request reasonable evidence where available, such as redacted CRM screenshots, quota reports, performance documentation or professional references. Confidential information from previous employers should remain confidential.
Who Should NOT Apply
This role is probably not for you if:
• your background is primarily social media marketing or domestic telecalling
• you have never personally generated B2B SaaS pipeline
• you rely entirely on automated bulk outreach
• you measure success by messages sent rather than opportunities created
• you are uncomfortable speaking with US business decision-makers
• you need a rigid script for every conversation
• you expect marketing to provide ready-to-close leads
• you are uncomfortable being accountable for commercial outcomes
• you want a low-pressure role with limited ownership
Why Join Us
Paladin is already built and used by real customers and agencies. You will work close to product, GTM and commercial decision-makers in a fast-growing Voice AI category, with direct influence over positioning, targeting, sales strategy and ICP development. Strong performance will be rewarded with greater responsibility as Paladin grows.
Working Hours
This is an India-based remote position focused primarily on the US market.
You must be comfortable maintaining meaningful overlap with US business hours when prospect conversations, meetings or follow-ups require it.
Compensation
₹6–9 LPA depending on relevant experience and proven performance.
Performance incentives are tied to meaningful commercial outcomes. Strong performers can reach approximately ₹10–12 LPA total annual on-target earnings, with future upside as the sales engine scales.
Hiring Process
Stage 1 — Application Review: CV, LinkedIn profile, B2B SaaS experience, market experience and historical performance.
Stage 2 — Performance Discussion: Walk us through recent outreach, conversations, meetings, qualification, pipeline, quota, customers and conversion rates.
Stage 3 — Practical Sales Exercise: Using Paladin, demonstrate how you would identify an ICP, find target companies and decision-makers, research a prospect, write an opening LinkedIn message and follow-up, qualify interest and handle an objection.
Stage 4 — Final Conversation: Role expectations, working style, compensation, targets, onboarding and start date.
How to Apply
Please apply with your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Along with your application, answer:
- What B2B SaaS or technology product did you most recently sell?
- Which geography or market were you responsible for?
- How many qualified meetings did you personally generate in an average month?
- What was your best month?
- What percentage of your meetings typically showed up?
- How much qualified sales pipeline did you generate or influence?
- What was your quota and how consistently did you achieve it?
- How much of your pipeline came from LinkedIn-led outbound?
- What type of decision-makers did you usually sell to?
- Write one cold LinkedIn message you would send to an AI automation agency owner after learning that the agency already manages several paying clients but currently does not offer Voice AI.
Please answer honestly.
We would rather hire someone with strong, verifiable commercial ability than someone with an impressive-looking CV but weak execution.
If you enjoy creating pipeline from nothing, understand B2B SaaS, know how to sell into the US market and want meaningful ownership inside an early-stage Voice AI company, we would like to hear from you.
Frontend Design Engineer
About Alpha
Alpha is an AI-native outreach and relationship intelligence platform. We bring contact management, multi-channel communication, knowledge, and campaign orchestration into one connected workspace.
We’re looking for a product-minded frontend engineer who can turn complex workflows into polished, intuitive experiences. This is an engineering-first role: strong design judgment is a valuable differentiator, but formal design experience is not required.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship production features across data-rich workflows, including contacts, inbox, knowledge, onboarding, settings, and AI-powered creative tools
- Turn product requirements and designs into responsive, accessible, high-quality interfaces
- Work across the full frontend lifecycle—from shaping interactions and component APIs to implementation, testing, and refinement
- Create reusable components and evolve our shared design system
- Make thoughtful decisions about hierarchy, spacing, states, motion, and interaction details
- Build performant tables, forms, side panels, editors, drag-and-drop experiences, and other complex product surfaces
- Manage server state, mutations, caching, loading states, errors, and optimistic interactions cleanly
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers
- Improve frontend architecture, developer experience, accessibility, and performance
- Review frontend work and help maintain a consistent quality bar across the product
Our frontend stack
- React 19 and TypeScript
- React Router 7 and Vite
- Tailwind CSS 4
- shadcn/ui, Radix UI, and a shared component library
- TanStack Query, Table, and Virtual
- Zustand
- React Hook Form and Zod
- pnpm and Turborepo
You do not need experience with every tool on this list, but you should be comfortable learning within a modern, strongly typed React stack.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience building and shipping production React applications
- Excellent TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
- A solid understanding of component architecture, state management, data fetching, and frontend performance
- Experience building reusable components without over-engineering them
- Care for responsive behaviour, accessibility, edge cases, and interaction states
- The ability to work effectively in a component-driven design system
- Good product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows
- Comfort working independently, making sensible trade-offs, and taking features from idea to production
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to product development
Bonus points
- Strong visual design instincts or experience working in Figma
- Experience owning both the design and implementation of product features
- A portfolio demonstrating polished, interaction-heavy product work
- Experience building design systems or shared component libraries
- Experience with data-dense B2B or SaaS applications
- Experience with animations, drag-and-drop interfaces, rich editors, diagrams, or generative AI products
- Familiarity with frontend observability and performance profiling
What success looks like
- You ship interfaces that feel clear, fast, and considered
- Your components are reusable, maintainable, and aligned with the wider product
- You can take an ambiguous workflow and turn it into a coherent user experience
- You raise the quality of the frontend through both your code and your product judgment
- You balance speed, polish, and technical quality without losing sight of the user
We value demonstrated ability over specific credentials. If you are a strong frontend engineer with an eye for good product experiences—even if you do not consider yourself a designer—we would like to hear from you.

About BuildTwin
BuildTwin is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that runs the day-to-day operations of construction
and infrastructure companies — their workforce, projects, commercials, and documents — on a
single system. Alongside it we build an AI drawing-automation platform that turns structured
element data into production-ready technical drawings and exports them to PDF and DXF.
Both products are built by a small, senior engineering group in India: backend engineers on an
AWS serverless platform, frontend engineers on Angular and React, and AI engineers working
on drawing generation and data extraction. Sitting next to them — not in another building, not
in another timezone — are the structural and detailing engineers who define what a correct
drawing actually is.
That adjacency is our biggest advantage and our hardest coordination problem. This role exists
to make it work.
Role overview
We are hiring one Technical Project Manager to own delivery across our engineering teams in
Bengaluru. You will run 15–25 engineers across backend, frontend, and AI workstreams, and
you will be the person who turns requirements originating with our structural and detailing
engineers into scoped, sequenced, shipped software.
This is a technical role. You will not be handed a groomed backlog and asked to move cards
across it. You will sit in the design discussion and have a view on how and when — you will
push back on an approach that will not scale, ask why a trade-off was made, and know the
difference between a two-day change and a two-sprint one. You are not expected to write
production code. You are expected to read it, understand the system, and never be the least
informed person in a technical conversation you are chairing.
The centre of gravity of this job is the floor, not the calendar. Most of your day is
spent with the people building and the people specifying — closing the gap between what a
domain expert means and what an engineer can implement deterministically. Status
reporting is a by-product of doing that well, not the job itself.
What you’ll own.
Delivery ownership
Own the end-to-end delivery plan for every active workstream — scope, sequence,
dependencies, capacity, and dates that actually hold.
Break large, ambiguous product intent into engineering-sized increments with explicit
acceptance criteria, agreed with the people who will build them.
Run the operating cadence: planning, standups, refinement, demos, and retrospectives that
change something the following week.
Maintain one honest view of status — on track, at risk, slipped, and why — visible to the
founders and to the team at the same time.
Manage cross-team dependencies between backend, frontend, AI, and drawing-automation
workstreams so no team idles waiting on another.
Surface risk early, quantify it, and arrive with options — never an escalation without a
proposal.
Protect the team from thrash: absorb changing priorities, re-plan properly, and say no or not
now when a plan cannot take more.
Drive releases to genuinely done — QA, UAT with domain experts, documentation, and post
release verification included.
Own and improve the delivery metrics that matter: cycle time, predictability of committed
scope, defect escape rate, and rework.
Run the release calendar across two products so neither becomes the permanent second
priority.
Technical partnership
Participate substantively in technical discussions on design, sequencing, and trade-offs —
and hold your own with senior engineers.
Understand the architecture well enough to reason about blast radius: what a schema
change touches, why a migration is risky, why an API contract must be agreed before two
teams start.
Challenge estimates that look wrong in either direction, and recognise when an estimate is
uncertain because the problem is still unclear.
Translate technical constraints into decisions leadership can act on, and business constraints
into direction engineers can act on.
Keep testing, observability, and debt-reduction work on the plan instead of losing to features
every single quarter.
Insist that decisions get written down — architecture choices, drawing rules, API contracts,
and the reasoning behind each.
Stay close to the artefacts: read the tickets, the design docs, the PR titles, and the incident
write-ups.
Chair technical discussions where the outcome is a decision with an owner and a date, not a
longer discussion.
Company Description
Ternout is a travel technology platform focused on simplifying and streamlining the travel planning experience. Our core product, Ternout Go, is a software platform focused on simplifying and streamlining day-to-day operations for travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs across India. By integrating essential travel and CRM services, Ternout removes the need for agencies to juggle multiple tools. We are continuously enhancing our solutions to support seamless end-to-end travel business management.
The Role: B2B Sales Executive - Full Cycle
We are looking for a hungry, results-driven sales professional. The role involves managing the entire sales process with business clients, from first conversation to closed contract. This is a closer role, not a top-of-funnel lead generator. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting virtual meetings, presenting the value of Ternout Go to agency owners, navigating objections, and securing paying customers. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM and relay on-the-ground client feedback to our product team.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven B2B or SMB sales experience, with a track record of actively closing deals rather than just booking appointments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain software value to business stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and daily outreach tools.
- Ability to independently research potential travel agency clients, analyse their operational pain points, and tailor your pitch accordingly.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to thrive autonomously in a remote, bootstrapped startup environment.
- A grounded, results-driven mindset—we care about your ability to close, not corporate buzzwords.
Compensation & Setup
- The compensation for this role is a fixed base plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE of ₹18,000–₹25,000+/month), with commissions paid promptly on cleared payments. This is a 100% remote role in India that requires proactive communication, relentless follow-up, and a focus on building long-term relationships with travel businesses.
Location: Remote
Experience: 0–1 Year
About the Role
We are looking for a Fresher/AI-ML who has hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, hackathons, or personal projects and is interested in building AI solutions for the Higher Education and SaaS domain.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and basic ML/AI concepts
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering
- Knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex
- Exposure to PyTorch / TensorFlow / Hugging Face
- Basic experience with FastAPI / REST APIs
- Knowledge of Vector Databases – Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, FAISS, or pgvector
- Basic understanding of Git, Docker, and AWS
- Good understanding of Computer Vision / NLP is a plus
Preferred Project Experience
Candidates with projects/internships in any of the following will be preferred:
- RAG / LLM / AI Agents
- Computer Vision / CCTV / Video Analytics
- Face Recognition
- OCR / OMR
- Trading / Financial AI
- NLP / Document Intelligence
- AI Automation / EdTech / SaaS
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
- Candidates with relevant AI/ML internship experience
- Must have at least 1–2 hands-on AI/ML projects and be able to explain the implementation clearly.
If you are passionate about AI/ML and want to work on real-world AI applications, we would love to hear from you
Senior Full Stack Engineer (4 to 8 years)
About RunLoyal
RunLoyal is a fast-growing vertical SaaS and payments company headquartered in Atlanta, GA, building the operating system for the pet care industry — boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and dog parks. Our platform runs the daily operations of hundreds of real businesses, and our 2026 focus is scaling the product engine behind an expanding enterprise segment.
We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead our most strategic builds.
The Role
This is not a sprint-pool position. You'll operate the way forward-deployed engineers do — dropped into a problem space and trusted to drive it from ambiguity to shipped. You'll be handed a strategic initiative (a new AI product build, a greenfield module, a flagship platform project), gather context directly from stakeholders and customers, set the technical direction, structure the work, and deliver with teammates — leading from the front.
You'll report to the Head of Engineering and work embedded with the Head of Product on new initiatives, in an independent lane with direct access to leadership. We operate AI-native: our newest product surfaces are being designed and built with agentic AI workflows at the core, and you'll help define how AI-native engineering works here — not just follow a playbook.
Honest framing: we're a fast-moving, founder-driven team in transition toward modern SaaS delivery practice. You'll have real autonomy and real accountability in equal measure. If you need a fully paved road, this isn't your role. If you've shipped meaningful things through ambiguity before — and enjoyed it — read on.
What You'll Own
1. Strategic build projects — end-to-end
Own flagship initiatives from first principles to production: architecture, delivery plan, execution with teammates, release, and post-release iteration. You're accountable for the outcome, not just the code — which means demoing early, cutting scope intelligently, and shipping working software on a rhythm.
2. Technical leadership from the front
Set the technical direction on your projects and bring teammates along through visible working practice — pairing, reviewing, and raising the bar rather than issuing instructions. Mentor by doing. Contribute to system design and architecture decisions across the platform, and push our engineering practices forward.
3. AI-augmented delivery — our default operating mode
Independently architect and deliver full projects using AI-augmented workflows: agentic coding (Claude Code or equivalent), spec-driven development, AI-led test generation, and structured context management. This is how the role works day-to-day, not an accelerator bolted on. You'll co-author our internal AI engineering playbooks and raise the bar for how the whole team builds.
4. Core engineering
Design and ship scalable Spring Boot microservices, RESTful APIs, and responsive frontends in Angular or React. Write efficient SQL, optimize JVM performance, own production issues on your surfaces end-to-end, and leave the codebase better documented than you found it.
Leadership & Agency — what we'll evaluate hardest
- You lead from the front. You've set direction on projects and carried teammates with you — through working code and clear communication, not title or authority
- High agency. You identify what's blocking the outcome and remove it yourself — whether it's code, process, or a conversation someone needs to have
- Strong stakeholder muscle. You communicate clearly upward and outward — written updates, proactive demos, and comfort presenting to leadership and customers directly
- Async-native. You work effectively across time zones with documentation and over-communication as defaults, not afterthoughts
- Calm ownership under ambiguity. Handed a loosely defined problem, you structure it, sequence it, and start shipping
What You Bring
Must have
- Significant professional software development experience with real ownership scar tissue — you've led projects, not just tickets. We care about evidence, not years
- Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot; solid microservices architecture and REST API design
- Frontend experience with Angular or React
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization; JVM fundamentals and backend performance
- AI-native engineering (hard requirement). You already deliver work through AI-augmented workflows — agentic coding tools, prompt/context engineering, AI-driven testing — and can demonstrate the most complex thing you've shipped this way

About Oddr
Oddr is an AI-powered revenue-intelligence platform for the legal industry, helping law firms modernize
billing, collections, reconciliation, and revenue forecasting across the full invoice-to-cash lifecycle.
Why this role exists
We're looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in complex, enterprise-
scale software to join our Agile product team and be a quality champion embedded across the full
software development lifecycle — from refining user stories to post-release checks — ensuring we ship
reliable, performant software at pace. With core strengths in understanding applications and business
processes, designing test strategies, test plans and validating acceptance criteria via detailed test
cases. Experience in QA automation is a plus — not the focus.
What you'll do
Own test strategy and perform end to end execution for complex, multi-module features
Shape quality upstream. Partner with product and engineering to clarify acceptance criteria
and Definition of Done and raise quality risks while they're still cheap to fix.
Test new features. Exploratory and scenario-based testing of new functionality
Own the regression suite end to end - its architecture, conventions, quality bar, and roadmap.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards across the team.
Must-haves
Ownership mindset - you can take a test suite as your own, set its standards, make and
defend trade-off decisions, and say no when coverage isn't worth it.
Product and feature literacy - you can look at a feature, reason about what matters to users,
and translate that into the right tests, acceptance criteria, and risk-based priorities.
Strong exploratory and scenario-based testing - boundary, negative, and edge-case
thinking.
API testing of REST services and comfort reading Swagger/OpenAPI specs.
Solid SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation.
Clear communication and the ability to mentor; comfortable in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.Nice-to-have
Hands-on browser automation with Playwright (or strong Cypress/Selenium with willingness
to move to Playwright), in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code, Playwright MCP, Copilot) as an
accelerant for writing and self-healing tests.
Experience building or substantially evolving a test suite from scratch, not just maintaining
one.
Domain exposure to LegalTech, FinTech, or Billing/AR workflows.
Awareness of non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security)
What we offer
Competitive salary, performance bonus, and equity (ESOPs); comprehensive health insurance (self,
spouse, parents, children); flexible remote-first culture.
What we are looking for
3–8 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, social intelligence, cultural insights, or a related research environment.
Experience independently owning custom research projects—from ambiguous brief through analysis,
synthesis, recommendation, and client presentation.
Strong qualitative and quantitative reasoning. You can work with both nuance and numbers without
overstating what the data proves.
Exceptional PowerPoint or Google Slides craft: storyline, executive writing, information hierarchy, charts, visual examples, and disciplined editing.
A portfolio of client-ready research decks or case studies that demonstrates synthesis and
storytelling—not merely attractive slide design.
Confident client presence and clear spoken communication, including experience presenting to senior
stakeholders and navigating difficult questions.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools for research and creative production. You know how to
prompt, critique, verify, refine, and combine outputs into work that does not feel machine-generated.
High ownership, speed, curiosity, and composure in a startup where priorities can move quickly and
important projects can arrive with short timelines.
You will stand out if you have
Experience in beauty, personal care, food and beverage, nutrition, home care, or another consumer category.
Agency-side experience managing multiple clients and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Experience with social/video intelligence, digital ethnography, online communities, search, reviews, or
creator/influencer data.
A strong visual instinct and comfort using image-generation or design-assistance tools to make
abstract insights tangible.
Experience leading or mentoring researchers, even if you have not formally managed a large team.

• Work on complex, high-impact engagements across a diverse client portfolio

About Crea8
"Will this product work for me?" sounds like a simple question. The skincare industry has spent decades making sure it isn’t. Most skincare content online is confusing, biased, or brand-driven. We think that's broken.
Crea8 (www.crea8.co.in) is a skincare personalisation engine that helps D2C brands guide every shopper to the right products. It combines skin profiling, ingredient-level formulation analysis, and explainable AI to deliver transparent, personalised recommendations that build trust, improve conversion, and increase customer lifetime value.
We're early stage, moving fast, and building something that matters in a space that desperately needs more honesty and simplicity.
Why this role exists
To every content writer reading this: AI is not taking your job. I know; I build AI for a living, and I absolutely hate AI slop. I can spot it in seconds.
What AI can't do is think originally, write with personality, or convince a reader to care about a startup they've never heard of. That's what this role is about.
This is a content strategy and copywriting role. Not social media management. Not graphic design. You'll write things worth reading, and get them in front of people who should read them and take action. If you believe good content should provoke thought, offer real insight, and make people care about a startup they've never heard of, you might enjoy working here.
What you'll actually do
Content Strategy & Ideation: Work with Crea8's content pillars, pull ideas from our internal knowledge base, and pitch new ones we haven't covered yet. You'll also write opinionated, insight-led content for Crea8 and adapt it across platforms, with a significant part of what you write directly supporting outbound and inbound sales.
Content & Experimentation: Own the content pipeline from idea to publication and help us keep a consistent publishing rhythm. We won't keep doing what we're doing forever. You'll help us test new formats and new platforms as we grow.

There's a rule we build this entire company around: no one cares about you. Not journalists. Not bloggers. Not the brands we're trying to sell. They care about what's useful to them and their audience. The email that says "please write about us" gets ignored. The pitch that hands someone a valuable story, a sharp data point, something they care about, gets a reply.
That's PR, and it's really just sales wearing a different outfit. Instead of convincing a buyer to buy our product, you're convincing a stranger to spend their credibility on you, because what you're offering is genuinely worth their time.
What you'll actually do
Earned Visibility: Build relationships with journalists, independent bloggers, and creators across skincare, beauty, wellness, and the startup world. Get Crea8 talked about because the story earns it, not because we paid for it.
Distribution: Take what we're already writing and put it in front of people who aren't on our radar yet, communities, groups, and creators wherever our audience actually spends time.
You're a good fit if
- You can write a pitch that gives something before it asks for anything
- You're fine hearing NO a lot, and reaching out again anyway
- You think like a salesperson who thinks like a consultant
- You're okay with ambiguity. You'll work directly with me, not inside a structured corporate program
- You actually want to learn how early-stage startups build visibility from zero
