Job Title : SAP CPQ Architect

Experience : 12+ Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP CPQ solutions for a large-scale digital transformation program. The role involves defining CPQ architecture, designing product configuration models, integrating SAP CPQ with enterprise platforms, and supporting future-state solution blueprints.

Mandatory Skills :

SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, SAP VC/AVC, Solution Architecture, PLM-to-CPQ Integration, BOM Synchronization, Engineering Change Propagation, Siemens Teamcenter (preferred), Salesforce CPQ/Oracle CPQ/Conga CPQ, Enterprise CPQ Implementation, Manufacturing Domain (Semiconductor/Industrial Equipment/Aerospace)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and define end-to-end SAP CPQ solution architecture.
• Develop guided selling and product configuration models.
• Architect integrations between SAP CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, PLM (Siemens Teamcenter), and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design scalable quoting solutions for configurable products, services, and spare parts.
• Contribute to future-state process blueprints and system design.
• Support CPQ platform evaluation, solution selection, and RFP activities.

Mandatory Skills :

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years architecting or implementing SAP CPQ (or comparable enterprise CPQ such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Conga CPQ).
• Strong expertise in SAP CPQ, SAP Variant Configuration (VC/AVC), and SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with PLM-to-CPQ integration, including BOM synchronization and engineering change propagation.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Sales & Order Management.
• Experience in manufacturing domains such as Semiconductor, Industrial Equipment, or Aerospace is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration.
• Knowledge of pricing governance and complex product configuration workflows.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python or Golang
• Strong understanding of database systems, relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and columnar (SingleStore, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Role Overview:

You will translate US structural engineering standards (AISI S100, ASCE 7, IBC) into computational

logic for a structural software platform. You will work directly with US engineering partners and

internal backend engineers.

Core Responsibilities:

- Convert structural design methodologies into mathematical models.

- Define load combinations (wind, snow, seismic).

- Validate member capacity and deflection calculations.

- Review and approve algorithmic structural outputs.

- Develop validation datasets and edge-case scenarios.

- Collaborate with software engineers to implement structural logic.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) design.

- Experience with AISI S100 and ASCE 7.

- Proficiency with ETABS / STAAD / SAP2000.

- Strong conceptual understanding of load paths and failure modes.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic programming exposure (Python or MATLAB preferred).

- Experience working on international (US) code-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Core Engineering & Testing

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable automation frameworks for API and backend systems.
• Own end-to-end test strategy across functional, system, and integration layers.
• Build robust API automation suites using Java (Rest Assured/Karate) and modern tooling.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams in an agile environment to ensure high-quality releases.
• Design and validate AI-generated test cases for APIs, including authentication flows, request chaining, and error handling.
• Build and maintain QA agentic systems capable of:
• Auto-generating test cases from requirements
• Detecting coverage gaps across services
• Suggesting missing edge cases and negative scenarios
• Test AI-based applications (LLMs, copilots, intelligent services) for correctness, hallucination risks, and robustness across edge cases.
• Define testing strategies for non-deterministic systems, including:
• Prompt evaluation frameworks
• Response validation heuristics
• Dataset-driven testing

Quality Intelligence & Platform Thinking

• Build tools that provide real-time visibility into test coverage, risk areas, and defect patterns.
• Leverage AI/ML techniques for:
• Defect clustering and root cause analysis
• Test optimization and prioritization
• Contribute to internal QA platforms such as API coverage mapping and intelligent test generation systems.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in API testing and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java (preferred) or Python/Golang.
• Hands-on experience with API automation frameworks such as Rest Assured, Karate, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, request/response validation, and authentication flows.
• Experience in test planning, strategy, and execution across multiple system layers.
• Ability to analyze logs, debug failures, and collaborate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Practical exposure to AI tools for test generation, with the ability to refine and productionize outputs.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI projects involving RAG Models, Multi-Agent Systems, or Generative AI is mandatory.
• Candidates should currently be working with Product-based companies only.

JD - System Analyst

1. Analysis and design of technical functionality and features.
