As a senior designer, your major goal would be to own the user experience across TraceXs' digital presence, while also understanding the creative briefs given by various teams to bring them to life
Responsibilities:
- Own TraceX’s design and style guide, color palette and typography guidelines
- Collaborating both within the team and cross-functionally across the organization for a broad variety of marketing initiatives
- Understanding which creatives worked the best for campaigns so that these successes can be replicated in future initiatives
- Ensuring UI/UX consistency across the landing pages and website pages while making them responsive and also building reusable components
- Work with the performance marketing team to develop testing and optimisation plans to further improve designs
