Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth plant operations. The role requires hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment inspection, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Breakdown Maintenance

Attend machine and equipment breakdowns promptly.

Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.

Minimize downtime by carrying out effective repairs and corrective actions.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and utilities.

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per maintenance schedules.

Equipment Maintenance

Carry out lubrication, alignment, and servicing of machines and equipment.

Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery.

Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, and control systems.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Update maintenance logbooks and equipment history sheets.

Report recurring issues and suggest improvement measures.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and maintenance equipment.

Support workplace housekeeping and 5S initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter/Electrician) or equivalent technical qualification.

2–3 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Technology / Frame work: Angular, Ionic

Roles:

• Design frontend architecture.
• Provide solution for business needs.
• 9+ years of experience in modern Javascript frameworks (Angular JS, Knockout, React) and other front end technologies (HTML5, CSS 3, Bootstrap)
• Caching techniques such as Service workers to improve the front end performance.
• Experience in unit testing automation frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Protractor.
• Experience in optimization of UI for mobile & tablet devices for infinite & smooth scrolling.
• Experience in Service side rendering technologies such as Angular 10. 0, typescript, React JS.
• Experience in setting up DevOps & Continuous Delivery pipeline for front end technologies using a standard platform such as Jenkins, Puppet , Team City or IBM Urban Build.
