Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
· Installation & Commissioning: Set up printers, MFP’s, POS (Point of Sale) machine, IP and analog cameras, DVRs/NVRs, wire low-voltage circuits, install control panels, motion sensors, and electronic locking hardware and associated hardware (mounts, housing, and power supplies) at project sites.
· Network Integration: Configure printers, MFP’s, POS (Point of Sale) machine, IP addressing, Connect IP cameras to networks, configure PoE switches, routing, switching, port forwarding, and remote access setups so clients can monitor feeds off-site.
· Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system health checks, diagnose connectivity or hardware failures, and repair/replace faulty cables, cartridge, cameras, servers or backup batteries.
· Cabling & Infrastructure: Lay and terminate CAT6, fiber optics, and power cables according to industry safety standards.
· Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled service visits to clean equipment, test alarm triggers, and perform software updates.
· Client Support & Training: Understand customer needs, conduct site surveys, and train end-users on how to operate security panels, mobile applications, and monitoring systems, back up, and retrieve footage.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate service logs, test results, and as-built drawings for site handovers.
Core Requirements
· Education: ITI, Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, or IT Engineering or any bachelor degree.
· Experience: Min. 6 months of experience in security surveillance and fire safety systems, printer service, POS( Point of Sale) machine service or as network engineer in relevant field.
· Technical Skills: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CCTV software (VMS), and hardware components.
· Knowledge of Brands: Familiarity with industry-leading surveillance and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems like Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, and Honeywell.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear customer communication.
· Physical & Environmental Aptitude: Ability to work comfortably at heights, in varying weather, and across multiple physical client sites and a valid driver's license for field travel.
MANDATORY CRITERIA:
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in ECE / CSE / IT
- Experience: 10–12 years in hardware board design, system hardware engineering, and full product deployment cycles
- Proven expertise in digital, analog, and power electronic circuit analysis & design
- Strong hands-on experience designing boards with SoCs, FPGAs, CPLDs, and MPSoC architectures
- Deep understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and high-speed design considerations
- Must have successfully completed at least two hardware product development cycles from high-level design to final deployment
- Ability to independently handle schematic design, design analysis (DC drop, SI), and cross-team design reviews
- Experience in sourcing & procurement of electronic components, PCBs, and mechanical parts for embedded/IoT/industrial hardware
- Strong experience in board bring-up, debugging, issue investigation, and cross-functional triage with firmware/software teams

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control person to join our team, a
designer and manufacturer of high performance elastomeric seals. The primary responsibility of
this role is to ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing materials, as well as inspect in-process
plastic and metal components to maintain the highest product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incoming and Outgoing Material Inspection:
- Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials, elastomers, plastics, and metal components.
- Compare incoming materials to specifications, purchase orders, and certifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of material inspections and test results.
2. In-Process Inspection:
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of plastic and metal components during
manufacturing.
- Identify and report non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
3. Final Product Inspection:
- Conduct detailed inspections of finished elastomeric seals and other components before
shipment.
- Verify compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed inspection records, test reports, and calibration logs.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to the Quality Manager and production team.
5. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

6. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferably Physics) or a B.E Degree (Mechanical /
Industrial) or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the elastomeric
seals, plastics industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and gauges.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
