Key qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Sales Head to manage the complete sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure. The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services and software development solutions, with strong consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Note: Leads will be provided by our Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach teams. This is a lead conversion role focused on maximizing revenue through effective sales execution.

• Handle qualified leads generated by the Marketing and LinkedIn teams.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT service solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product/service presentations, and demos.
